CLO Manager Awards

The 18th annual Creditflux Manager Awards take place on 21 April 2026, following day two of the Creditflux CLO Symposium at The Chancery Rosewood.

The awards recognise the year’s best CLOs, top‑performing CLO managers, and outstanding CLO funds. The entry process is divided into two sections: one for CLOs and CLO managers, and one for CLO funds.

CLO & Manager Awards

Judging Criteria

CLOs will be assessed purely on performance metrics available in the trustee reports to ensure transparency. Metrics include but are not limited to:

  • Par build and headroom in junior OC tests
  • Weighted average price and percentage of assets under a price threshold
  • Weighted average spread and weighted average rating factor (WARF)
  • Average annualised returns to equity, weighted by leverage and volatility

For new CLO categories, deals effective in 2025 will be judged on:

  • Weighted par build
  • WARF at inception
  • Arbitrage

To be eligible, managers must provide:

  • Access to trustee reports via trustee websites for every CLO submitted
  • Submit all required details for all CLOs – managers will be automatically entered into all eligible categories
  • To be considered for the “best manager” categories, please note that all eligible CLOs must be submitted, as the finalists are selected on the average of all CLOs. 

Important: If trustee website access is missing for any CLO, we may be unable to gather the required data, and that deal may be excluded.

CLO Fund Awards

Open‑ended CLO Funds

All open‑ended CLO funds listed in the Creditflux credit hedge fund database with at least one year of returns are automatically eligible for the Best CLO Fund category, and any fund entering can simply provide its historical returns.

Closed‑end CLO Funds

Closed‑end funds are split into two categories. Entry forms (with example data included) are provided for:
