Katy McNeil is a partner in the U.S. Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure practice who represents clients across the renewable energy sector, including financial institutions, institutional investors and developers in a wide range of transactions: project financing, acquisitions and divestitures of infrastructure and energy assets, tax credit monetization, workout arrangements, and other types of complex secured and unsecured financings.

Horace Zona is a Managing Director, Credit at DigitalBridge. Mr. Zona has over 30 years of experience in the Communications, Media and Technology sectors with over 25 years of direct experience sourcing transactions in Digital Infrastructure. Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Zona was a Managing Director and Group Head of the Technology, Media Telecommunications Investment Banking Group at Truist Securities (formerly SunTrust Robinson Humphrey). Mr. Zona founded the business de novo and built the 60 person team over 14 years by expanding into Digital Infrastructure, Digital Media, FinTech and Software practices, utilizing strategic client dialogue to deliver unique solutions in M&A and Debt and Equity Capital Markets. Prior to Truist, Mr. Zona held several senior positions focused on Digital Infrastructure at Wachovia Securities (formerly First Union Securities) and TD Securities. Mr. Zona received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English Literature from Boston College.

Brittany is a Principal at Eagle Point Credit Management. She is responsible for all facets of the investment process for the Firm’s Infrastructure Credit strategy, including investment analysis, origination and structuring.

Brittany has 19 years of experience in finance and investment management. Prior to joining Eagle Point, Brittany was a Partner at ForeStar Credit, which was spun out of ECP,  and prior to that, she was a Partner at ECP ForeStar. Previously, she held various roles including Managing Director at Forsight Sustainable Capital, Managing Director at Mizuho and Director at Royal Bank of Scotland.

Brittany holds a BS in Finance from Miami University.

Mansi is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Debt. Mansi is responsible for the growth, operations, and strategy of the private infrastructure debt investment team. She joined Principal Asset Management in May 2024 having previously spent 18 years at MetLife Investment Management as Managing Director, Head of Infrastructure Debt and Project Finance—North America, Latin America, and APAC. Prior to this role, she held a position at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mansi earned a Master of Business Administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science at Rutgers University.

Arun is a Managing Director with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Arun was a Director with Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) in the Credit Investments Group, where he focused on private credit. Prior to CSAM, he worked within private credit at Carlyle, Fifth Street Asset Management, and Prudential Private Capital.

Arun received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
