Anthony leads development and M&A activities. With more than 15 years of experience across the energy sector, he was responsible for nearly 15 GW of development-stage project acquisitions and worked on over 9 GW of projects in operation or under construction. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of energy development—enabling him to effectively navigate regulatory, financial, and operational risks and opportunities. Anthony combines sharp market insight with strategic instinct and focused execution to advance development portfolios and acquisition opportunities.

Arun is a Managing Director with Stonepeak. Before joining Stonepeak, Arun was a Director with Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) in the Credit Investments Group, where he focused on private credit. Prior to CSAM, he worked within private credit at Carlyle, Fifth Street Asset Management, and Prudential Private Capital.

Arun received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Brad Fierstein is a Partner at Apollo, Co-Head of Corporate Solutions, Americas, and Head of Origination for Apollo Infrastructure Group. In his role, Brad focuses on supporting Apollo's $300 billion per annum origination ecosystem, including capital solutions large corporates and sponsors, and leading many of the firm's equity, credit and hybrid investments in the global energy and infrastructure sectors.

Brad serves on the Advisory Board for WaterConnect, an affiliate of Water.org, which develops water and sanitation infrastructure in low- and middle-income countries.

Brandon Freiman (New York) joined KKR in 2007. He is the Head of North American Infrastructure and serves as a member of the Global Infrastructure Investment Committee, the Diversified Core Infrastructure Investment Committee, the Asia-Pacific Infrastructure Investment Committee, Infrastructure Portfolio Management Committee and the Global Climate Transition Investment Committee. Prior to joining KKR, he was with Credit Suisse Securities in its energy investment banking group, where he was involved in a number of merger, acquisition, and other corporate advisory transactions. Mr. Freiman holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with a Joint Honors in Economics and Finance, from McGill University. He is also Chairman of the Board of Peninsula Bridge, a nonprofit organization that provides motivated low-income students with academic and personal support during middle school years through college graduation.

Brian is Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Snowhawk. Snowhawk is a specialist investor focused on digital infrastructure opportunities in the middle market.

Brian has led investments in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America across a variety of sectors, including hyperscale data centers, wholesale/edge data centers, interconnection, colocation, fiber and wireless infrastructure.

Brian is currently on the boards of CleanArc Data Centers and Prime Data Centers. He previously served on the board of ProsperOps.

Brittany is a Principal at Eagle Point Credit Management. She is responsible for all facets of the investment process for the Firm’s Infrastructure Credit strategy, including investment analysis, origination and structuring.

Brittany has 19 years of experience in finance and investment management. Prior to joining Eagle Point, Brittany was a Partner at ForeStar Credit, which was spun out of ECP,  and prior to that, she was a Partner at ECP ForeStar. Previously, she held various roles including Managing Director at Forsight Sustainable Capital, Managing Director at Mizuho and Director at Royal Bank of Scotland.

Brittany holds a BS in Finance from Miami University.

Ulises Flores is a member of the North American private funds origination and execution team. Over his career, Ulises has led over 100 capital raises including several notable first time funds and top-offs for established asset managers.

Prior to joining Eaton, he worked at Servicios Quirurgicos, an exclusive distributor for Tyco Healthcare, a U.S.-based public conglomerate where he oversaw logistic and distribution efforts. He began his career at Grupo Alza in their production and operations units overseeing system implementations and production execution.

Ulises received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, where he graduated with honors and was recipient of the Hitachi Scholarship for Academic Merit. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landivar. Ulises also holds Mexican citizenship and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Cedric Lucas is a Partner for the Infrastructure Investing business within Goldman Sachs Alternatives based in New York. He is a member of the global Infrastructure Investment Committee and focuses on energy transition, circular economy and infrastructure investing across other sectors. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Cedric led energy infrastructure for the US and Mexico at KKR and headed midstream investing for the Americas at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA). He earned an MBA with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School, an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and a master's degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Christopher Ruppel is Senior Vice President - Power at Keel Infrastructure, where he leads power strategy and development for digital infrastructure and AI compute. Chris brings more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of power, capital markets, and infrastructure development. He began his career as a municipal bond investment banker covering the electric utility sector, advising on capital markets transactions for power assets. He went on to found and lead a resource-recovery platform that developed and operated waste-to-energy cogeneration projects for the U.S. Department of Defense. Most recently, as Head of Energy Development at MARA Holdings, he helped shape the company's power-first strategy for large-scale compute, including behind-the-meter generation, onsite power, and AI/data center energy development.

A graduate of Yale University, magna cum laude, Chris has been a guest lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and is a frequent commentator on Bloomberg. He speaks regularly on the convergence of AI, power markets, data centers, and infrastructure capital, and is the editor of Digital Power Weekly, Keel Infrastructure's market commentary on the power-and-compute industrial complex.

Darpan Kapadia joined LS Power in 2004 and serves as Chief Operating Officer.

Darpan is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee and Investment Committee, overseeing one of the largest power generation, transmission, and energy infrastructure companies in the United States. Prior to being named COO in 2017, Darpan was Head of Strategy for the Firm. Previously, Darpan was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Investment Management Division and prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP providing strategic and financial advisory services to corporations.

Darpan received a B.A. in Economics with Phi Beta Kappa honors from the College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. with highest distinction from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

David Strauss is a Principal and Co-founder of BSP – the leading digital infrastructure M&A technical advisor and due diligence specialist across networks and data centers. The firm has completed over 140 network and data center projects for over 75 clients including Antin, BlackRock, Brookfield, Carlyle, DigitalBridge, Grain, Macquarie, Novacap, OMERS, Palistar, Sixth Street, Stonepeak and T-Mobile. Dolly Mirchandani is Head of the Firm's Global Infrastructure, Transportation and Logistics Group.

Dolly's practice focuses on the infrastructure and energy sector, including public private partnerships, reflecting 25 years of experience working on some of the most significant deals in the sector. She represents sponsors, infrastructure funds, commercial banks, institutional lenders, contractors, secondary market investors and governments in the tender, development, acquisition and financing of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects. Dolly has advised across multiple infrastructure asset classes including surface transportation (airports, ports, roads, parking, bridges, transit and rail), water and wastewater, waste management, district energy, digital and social infrastructure. Dorian Hunt leads Leo Berwick’s Renewable Energy practice.

Dorian has 20 years of experience in tax credit monetization, with clients including renewable energy project developers, tax equity investors, project lenders, insurers and syndicators.

Prior to joining Leo Berwick, he was a leader in the Power and Utilities and Energy Transition practices of a Big 4 firm, where he focused on providing tax consulting services with respect to tax credit-driven project finance across, with a focus on renewable energy.

Dorian is a thought leader in the tax credit space and has authored articles on topics including the potential implications for “direct pay” of renewable energy tax incentives and on the impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on the US renewable energy industry. He has also presented on these and other similar topics for organizations such as IPED, NARUC, and the Boston Bar Association.

Dorian has experience with myriad energy incentive programs including Treasury 1603 grants, 48C advanced energy manufacturing studies, and the rapidly-developing field of 45Q carbon capture credits.

Edward Tsai is a Managing Director and member of the Management Committee at Wafra.  Mr. Tsai is the Head of Real Assets and Infrastructure and is responsible for leading investment activities within the real assets and infrastructure business as well as portfolio oversight and management.

Mr. Tsai joined Wafra in 2014 and currently serves on the boards of Contract Leasing Corporation, Aquila Air Capital, The Hinckley Company, Signal Rail Holdings and American Inland Marine Holdings.  He formerly served on the board of Global Container International.

From 1999 to 2001, concurrent with his responsibilities at Corsair, Mr. Rajan was a member of the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he participated in a number of transactions involving financial services companies across multiple geographies.

Horace Zona is a Managing Director, Credit at DigitalBridge. Mr. Zona has over 30 years of experience in the Communications, Media and Technology sectors with over 25 years of direct experience sourcing transactions in Digital Infrastructure. Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Zona was a Managing Director and Group Head of the Technology, Media Telecommunications Investment Banking Group at Truist Securities (formerly SunTrust Robinson Humphrey). Mr. Zona founded the business de novo and built the 60 person team over 14 years by expanding into Digital Infrastructure, Digital Media, FinTech and Software practices, utilizing strategic client dialogue to deliver unique solutions in M&A and Debt and Equity Capital Markets. Prior to Truist, Mr. Zona held several senior positions focused on Digital Infrastructure at Wachovia Securities (formerly First Union Securities) and TD Securities. Mr. Zona received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English Literature from Boston College.

James Wyper is a Senior Managing Director and is Head of U.S. Private Equity and Head of Transportation & Logistics with Stonepeak. Prior to joining Stonepeak, James was a member of Credit Suisse’s Global Energy group, where he focused on the power and renewables sectors.

Jason Koenig is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ITE Management which he co-founded with David Smilow in 2014. Jason is on the Investment Committee for each of ITE’s funds, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of American Industrial Transport, Inc. (“AITX”) and Trend Intermodal Chassis Leasing LLC (“Trend”). Jason oversees the firm’s investment strategy and execution, leads the firm’s deal sourcing, and co-manages the firm’s operations. At ITE, Jason has deployed over $10 billion of capital.

Prior to founding ITE, Jason spent his career working in private equity and asset management, primarily acquiring and turning around distressed and troubled companies with a heavy focus on balance sheet assets and cash flows. Jeff joined in 2022 and leads Slate’s infrastructure funds and investment strategy.  Jeff is a member of Slate’s Infrastructure Investment Committee and oversees origination and asset management for Slate’s infrastructure platform.

Jeff is an infrastructure specialist with over 19 years of experience, including 14 leading principal investments. Prior to joining Slate, he was a Managing Director at DIF Capital Partners and a key member of the senior leadership team that led the successful build-out of DIF’s North American platform. Prior to DIF, Rodgers worked for prominent infrastructure development companies Plenary Group and Bilfinger Project Investments.

As Managing Editor for the Infralogic Americas team, Jonathan Carmody is responsible for delivering proprietary information on project finance, fund activity and M&A situations across the North American, Latin American and the Caribbean regions.

Jonathan lived in Latin America for five years, completed his master's degree in international relations and politics in London and then moved to New York in 2016 to engage more closely with the Americas market. 

Katy McNeil is a partner in the U.S. Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure practice who represents clients across the renewable energy sector, including financial institutions, institutional investors and developers in a wide range of transactions: project financing, acquisitions and divestitures of infrastructure and energy assets, tax credit monetization, workout arrangements, and other types of complex secured and unsecured financings.

Mac Bell is Managing Director, Head of Social and Transportation, where he leads a team of investment professionals and is responsible for originating and executing investments across the social and transportation sectors on behalf of Fengate’s funds.

 Mac has led Fengate’s winning consortiums on a number of landmark public‑private partnership (P3) projects, including the John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport Terminal 6 redevelopment, the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Consolidated Rent‑A‑Car Facility, Prince George’s County Public Schools, and The Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital and Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children, one of the largest hospital projects in Canadian history.

In addition to his P3 experience, Mac leads Fengate’s United States (U.S.) healthcare strategy. Under his leadership, Fengate has established a diversified portfolio of medical outpatient facilities and inpatient rehabilitation facilities across the U.S., partnering with some of the largest and most reputable not‑for‑profit systems.

Mansi is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Debt. Mansi is responsible for the growth, operations, and strategy of the private infrastructure debt investment team. She joined Principal Asset Management in May 2024 having previously spent 18 years at MetLife Investment Management as Managing Director, Head of Infrastructure Debt and Project Finance—North America, Latin America, and APAC. Prior to this role, she held a position at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mansi earned a Master of Business Administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science at Rutgers University.

Michael Coleman is a Managing Director at Wafra where he focuses on real assets and infrastructure investments. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction execution and asset management.

Michael currently serves on the boards for Ascension FBO Network, the Hinckley Company, Intermountain Infrastructure Group, Beyond Data Centers, Mission Clean Energy, and Crescent Louisiana Midstream.

Ray is a partner in White & Case's Project Development and Finance group based in the New York office. He is ranked in USA: Projects: Power & Renewables: Transactional by Chambers 2024 and recognized in United States: Energy: Renewable/Alternative Power by Legal 500 2024.

Ray focuses on the tender, development, financing, acquisition and divestiture of domestic and international projects in the renewable energy, energy transition, conventional power, oil & gas, petrochemical and infrastructure sectors. His financing experience includes international corporate and commercial transactions, including the full spectrum of debt solutions, equity investments, asset-based structured financings and capital markets transactions.

Ray has extensive experience with all of the industry issues and negotiation dynamics for each link of a project, including drafting and negotiating the full range of acquisition, development, joint venture and finance (debt, equity and tax equity) documentation. His ability to represent both developers and lenders at various stages of a transaction, including the early design and engineering stage, provides a distinctive versatility to his practice and critical overall deal perspective to his clients.

Rishi Patel is a Managing Director of I Squared Capital, leading infrastructure credit investments in North America. 

Rishi has over fourteen years of investment experience and has invested across the capital structure including high yield corporate and asset backed credit opportunities. He joined I Squared Capital from Upwell, a private global asset manager focused on investing in platforms in renewables, water, and digital infrastructure, where he served as a Principal on the investment team. 

Before joining Upwell, Rishi worked in Deutsche Bank’s Transportation, Infrastructure, and Energy Financing Group, where he was a Vice President working on special situation investments. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, Rishi structured and executed opportunities globally, across the capital structure in various renewable, power, infrastructure, telecom, oil and gas, shipping, and aviation sector opportunities. 

Earlier in his career, Rishi worked as an Investment Analyst at Macquarie in the Distressed Debt and Special Situations Trading group. He was also an Analyst and member of the investment committee at the activist hedge fund Barington Capital. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leverage Finance Group, focused on natural resources and digital infrastructure. 

Rishi holds a B.S. from the NYU Stern School of Business where he graduated with Honors. He has also been a guest speaker at NYU Stern Center of Sustainable Business

Robert is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of GreenFront, where he leads transaction origination and execution across the renewable fuels sector and adjacent energy transition technologies. He specializes in complex M&A and structured capital solutions, with a focus on renewables, low-carbon fuels, and the service and equipment providers that underpin the decarbonization of the industrial economy.

Robert has executed a broad range of transactions involving cross-border strategic M&A, project finance, structured equity, and tax credit optimization. Prior to co-founding GreenFront, he was head of Energy Investment Banking at BB&T Capital Markets, where he led the firm’s advisory efforts across upstream, midstream, and clean energy markets. He began his career in J.P. Morgan’s Energy Investment Banking group, working on transactions across the international energy value chain.

Steven Sonnenstein is a Senior Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management and is an accomplished telecommunications infrastructure executive with over 25 years of global mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations experience. Mr. Sonnenstein is responsible for the origination, evaluation, completion, and ongoing asset management of new investments on a global basis.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Sonnenstein was a Senior Director at Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments), one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, where he initiated and led telecommunications infrastructure investing within the broader infrastructure group in addition to his other investment management responsibilities.

Before joining PSP Investments, Mr. Sonnenstein worked for Brookfield Asset Management in its Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups with a particular focus on and experience in South America. Prior to that, Mr. Sonnenstein spent several years working in mergers and acquisitions and distressed advisory.

Mr. Sonnenstein received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, and a post graduate degree in Chartered Accountancy.
