Dolly Mirchandani is Head of the Firm's Global Infrastructure, Transportation and Logistics Group.

Dolly's practice focuses on the infrastructure and energy sector, including public private partnerships, reflecting 25 years of experience working on some of the most significant deals in the sector. She represents sponsors, infrastructure funds, commercial banks, institutional lenders, contractors, secondary market investors and governments in the tender, development, acquisition and financing of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects. Dolly has advised across multiple infrastructure asset classes including surface transportation (airports, ports, roads, parking, bridges, transit and rail), water and wastewater, waste management, district energy, digital and social infrastructure. Her breadth of practice and decades of experience allows her to anticipate concerns, propose solutions and promote agreement. She has played a leading role in the introduction of private investment and finance in the infrastructure sector in North America, having advised on multiple, award-winning transactions, including ones that were first-of-their-kind.

Dolly is, without a doubt, one of the most widely respected and successful practitioners in her field. She is ranked Band 1 - Projects: PPP by both Chambers USA and Chambers Global and was recently placed on the Roll Call of Elite for Project Finance in Euromoney's Best of the Best USA Expert Guide. She has also been named among IFLR1000's Women Leaders for Project Finance and Project Development in the United States and awarded Global Leader status for both Project Finance and Government Contracts in Who's Who Legal.

Prior to joining BBVA he has held relevant positions at British Airport Authority (BAA), XL Capital Assurance, Cintra and Ferrovial based in either London or Madrid

Jason Koenig is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ITE Management which he co-founded with David Smilow in 2014. Jason is on the Investment Committee for each of ITE’s funds, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of American Industrial Transport, Inc. (“AITX”) and Trend Intermodal Chassis Leasing LLC (“Trend”). Jason oversees the firm’s investment strategy and execution, leads the firm’s deal sourcing, and co-manages the firm’s operations. At ITE, Jason has deployed over $10 billion of capital.

Prior to founding ITE, Jason spent his career working in private equity and asset management, primarily acquiring and turning around distressed and troubled companies with a heavy focus on balance sheet assets and cash flows. Jason held senior investment positions at Hale Capital Partners, Avenue Capital and Versa Capital Partners. Jason began his career as an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis.

Jason earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School, a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He has served on and advised both profit and not-for-profit boards and lectured at the Wharton Business School.

Edward Tsai is a Managing Director and member of the Management Committee at Wafra.  Mr. Tsai is the Head of Real Assets and Infrastructure and is responsible for leading investment activities within the real assets and infrastructure business as well as portfolio oversight and management.

Mr. Tsai joined Wafra in 2014 and currently serves on the boards of Contract Leasing Corporation, Aquila Air Capital, The Hinckley Company, Signal Rail Holdings and American Inland Marine Holdings.  He formerly served on the board of Global Container International.

Mr. Tsai earned an AB from Georgetown University and a JD from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Rajan is the Managing Partner of Investcorp Corsair and serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee. He joined Corsair in 1999 and is based in New York. Mr. Rajan is a board member of Investcorp Corsair companies DP World Australia, Itínere Infraestructuras, JFK Millenium Partners, and Vantage Airport Group. He also serves as Lead Director of both DP World Australia and Vantage Airport Group.

Prior to the establishment of Investcorp Corsair, Mr. Rajan served as the Head of its predecessor Corsair Infrastructure, and was intimately involved in all aspects of the creation and growth of that business. From 1999 to 2001, concurrent with his responsibilities at Corsair, Mr. Rajan was a member of the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he participated in a number of transactions involving financial services companies across multiple geographies.

Mr. Rajan holds a B.A. in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Yale University and an M.B.A. with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
