Mac Bell is Managing Director, Head of Social and Transportation, where he leads a team of investment professionals and is responsible for originating and executing investments across the social and transportation sectors on behalf of Fengate’s funds.

 Mac has led Fengate’s winning consortiums on a number of landmark public‑private partnership (P3) projects, including the John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport Terminal 6 redevelopment, the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Consolidated Rent‑A‑Car Facility, Prince George’s County Public Schools, and The Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital and Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children, one of the largest hospital projects in Canadian history.

In addition to his P3 experience, Mac leads Fengate’s United States (U.S.) healthcare strategy. Under his leadership, Fengate has established a diversified portfolio of medical outpatient facilities and inpatient rehabilitation facilities across the U.S., partnering with some of the largest and most reputable not‑for‑profit systems.

Mac holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Cedric Lucas is a Partner for the Infrastructure Investing business within Goldman Sachs Alternatives based in New York. He is a member of the global Infrastructure Investment Committee and focuses on energy transition, circular economy and infrastructure investing across other sectors. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Cedric led energy infrastructure for the US and Mexico at KKR and headed midstream investing for the Americas at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA). He earned an MBA with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School, an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and a master's degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Jeff joined in 2022 and leads Slate’s infrastructure funds and investment strategy.  Jeff is a member of Slate’s Infrastructure Investment Committee and oversees origination and asset management for Slate’s infrastructure platform.

Jeff is an infrastructure specialist with over 19 years of experience, including 14 leading principal investments. Prior to joining Slate, he was a Managing Director at DIF Capital Partners and a key member of the senior leadership team that led the successful build-out of DIF’s North American platform. Prior to DIF, Rodgers worked for prominent infrastructure development companies Plenary Group and Bilfinger Project Investments.

Jeff earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.

Ulises Flores is a member of the North American private funds origination and execution team. Over his career, Ulises has led over 100 capital raises including several notable first time funds and top-offs for established asset managers.

Prior to joining Eaton, he worked at Servicios Quirurgicos, an exclusive distributor for Tyco Healthcare, a U.S.-based public conglomerate where he oversaw logistic and distribution efforts. He began his career at Grupo Alza in their production and operations units overseeing system implementations and production execution.

Ulises received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, where he graduated with honors and was recipient of the Hitachi Scholarship for Academic Merit. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landivar. Ulises also holds Mexican citizenship and is fluent in Spanish and English.
