Shortlisted firms submit a 300-word pitch by 14 October, highlighting standout deals and demonstrating examples of excellence.

Judging process

A panel of leading M&A professionals and Mergermarket journalists evaluate the submissions to select the winners.

Winners announced

The awards ceremony takes place on 4 December at the iconic Natural History Museum in London.
