Yogesh Singh has an illustrious track record of advising clients on M&A, private equity, and corporate finance transactions. He has acted for international corporations, funds, and investors on several marque transactions. Yogesh actively advises foreign and Indian clients on structuring and corporate aspects of their India operations/investments, including compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and strategic employment matters. In the last seven years,

Gaurav Ahuja is a Managing Director with ChrysCapital and has been with the firm since 2004.  He is responsible for the LP Relations and Fund Raising functions at ChrysCapital. Mr. Ahuja is a member of the Investment Committee and sits on the board of Infogain, ChrysCapital’s IT Services portfolio company.  Prior to joining ChrysCapital, he was in the M&A group at Lazard Freres in San Francisco and Merrill Lynch in New York.  

Mr. Ahuja received an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Virginia.

Gopal Jain is Managing Partner and Co-founder of Gaja Capital, an India-focused growth & buyout firm based in Mumbai. Gopal has been investing in Indian equities since the age of thirteen and has been a professional investor in the Indian capital markets for over 30 years. Gopal is an active columnist and is currently member of Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee of Indian market regulator. He has a deep interest in the social sector and leads Gaja Gives which supports a wide and growing number of social efforts in India.

Anand S. Krishnan Managing Partner FIDELISWORLD

Anand Krishnan has 33 years of experience across Delhi, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai in entrepreneurship, controllership, investment banking, and private equity. He was involved in sovereign restructurings in the late 80’s, Asian crisis restructuring in the late 90’s, and the late 2000’s global recession with emphasis on restructuring in the UAE. Anand has been integral to the value creation process at JP Morgan Chase and at Dubai International Capital. He has managed AUMs of over US$ 5 billion over a period of 10 years with significant experience in the full cycle of PE, and in a diversified space which includes aerospace, leisure, hotels, sports, medicine, and oil & gas.

He deployed proprietary capital in researching an investment strategy in the media & entertainment space, with a focus on the sports ecosystem, ultimately resulting in the formation of a specialist, differentiated investment strategy for value creation and risk reduction employed by FidelisWorld.

Anand has a BA in Business from Delhi University, India; an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA; and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, USA. He has been a participant in several leadership courses across JPMorgan and DIC in Asia and the US and was named a “Top Indian Leader in the Arab World” in 2015 by Forbes Middle East. Born and raised in India, Anand speaks English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Amit Gupta Partner TPG NEWQUEST

Amit Gupta is a founding Partner of TPG NewQuest based in Singapore and oversees the India and Southeast Asia businesses. Amit has more than 20 years of industry experience. 

Prior to co-founding TPG NewQuest, he was a Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s (BAML) Asia Private Equity group where he led the India business and oversaw investments in the energy and financial services sectors across the Asia Pacific region. Amit has also served in other roles in BAML, including Corporate Principal Investments based in Hong Kong and Investment Banking based in Mumbai. 

Prior to working at BAML, Amit was a software engineer based in Mumbai and the United States. Amit has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, where he was placed on the Director’s Merit List for his performance, and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from REC Kurukshetra, where he received the University gold medal. Amit is fluent in English and Hindi.
