Mr. Beaton is a Partner of Lexington Partners where he leads the firm’s Asian activities. Mr. Beaton is engaged in the origination and evaluation of secondary purchases of non-U.S. private equity and alternative investments, as well as the firm’s fundraising efforts in the region. Mr. Beaton joined Lexington in 2003 as an investment professional in London and moved to Hong Kong in 2011 to open the Lexington office. Mr. Beaton was previously an analyst in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Beaton graduated from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow with an LLB (Honors) and Universität Hamburg and Universidad Complutense de Madrid with a European masters in economics and law.

James (“Jim”) Coulter is the Executive Chairman and a Founding Partner of TPG, the Co-Managing Partner of The Rise Fund, and Managing Partner of TPG Rise Climate. Jim is a 1982 Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College. In 1986, Jim received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Jim has served on over 35 corporate boards in his career, and currently serves on Creative Artists Agency, Philz Coffee and Rodan + Fields. He also serves on the Stanford University Board of Trustees, and has served on the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College.
