Matthew S. Belcher Global Private Equity COO KPMG LLP

Matthew Belcher is a Partner in the KPMG Private Equity Group in the USA, and Global COO for KPMG Private Equity. He is the Global Lead Partner for one of KPMG’s largest private equity clients, where he personally looks after the relationships of the client and their investee companies. Matthew was previously KPMG U.S. Private Equity Tax Leader and a Partner in KPMG’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice where he specialized in partnership taxation, with an emphasis in the use of partnerships in mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing and restructurings.

Prior to joining KPMG LLP, Matthew was a member of Deloitte Tax LLP’s Washington National Tax office. He has authored and co-authored articles that have appeared in a number of publications, and is a frequent speaker on tax and accounting matters; and has lectured at many conferences. Matthew is admitted to practice in Michigan and is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and their respective Tax Sections. Matthew is also an Adjunct Professor at Villanova Law School.

Ivan Vercoutere Managing Partner, CIO LGT CAPITAL PARTNERS

Ivan Vercoutere is a Managing Partner at LGT Capital Partners Ltd and co-founder of its private equity activities in 1998.

Bringing over 30 years of private equity investment experience, Mr Vercoutere is responsible for leading and coordinating the global private equity investment activities of LGT Capital Partners and chairs its global investment committee. Prior to LGT, Mr Vercoutere worked at Pacific Corporate Group in La Jolla, California where he was responsible for U.S. and European private equity investments on behalf of institutional investors including CalPERS, State of Oregon, World Bank pension fund among others. Mr Vercoutere serves on the advisory boards of a number of private equity funds globally and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Nikos Stathopoulos Chairman, Europe BC PARTNERS

Nikos Stathopoulos is Chairman, Europe, a member of the Management Committee and Private Equity Investment Committee and plays an active role in shaping the Firm’s strategy, recruiting talent, sourcing new investment opportunities, and portfolio company operating reviews. He leads the Firm’s TMT investment vertical in Europe and has led several franchise investments for BC Partners including Acuris, Pharmathen, ComHem, United Group, and Springer Nature.

Nikos joined BC Partners in 2005 and has nearly three decades of experience in private equity across a multiple sector and geographies. Prior to BC, Nikos was a Partner at Apax Partners in London where he spent seven years working on large buy-out transactions across Europe. He started his career as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in London.

Nikos is Chairman of the Board of United Group, Cigierre, Dental Pro, and Pharmathen, Vice-Chairman of Migros Turk and Member of the Board of Springer Nature, Acuris and Advanced. He is also a member of the Global Advisory Board of Harvard Business School, the Board of Trustees of the American School in London, the Board of Trustees of Impetus, the Board of The Hellenic Initiative, the Council of Serpentine Galleries, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and Chairman of the BC Partners Foundation.

Nikos holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics & Business (AUEB).

Jeff Livingston Partner INTEGRUM

Jeff Livingston is a member of the Investment Committee at Integrum.

Jeff brings to Integrum a combination of operating and investing experience built over more than a decade of working with leading global companies.

Previously, he was a long-term member of KKR’s private equity team focused on financial services, business services and financial technologies. During his tenure at KKR, he served on the Boards of Sedgwick and Apple Leisure Group.

Earlier in his career at KKR, he was a member of the KKR Capstone team, focused on driving value creation across KKR’s private equity portfolio companies, including First Data/Fiserv, Laureate, and Sedgwick.

Prior to KKR, Jeff worked at McKinsey & Company in both their Beijing and New Jersey offices.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
