Divyesh Mahajan is a Director of Investments at G42, where he focuses on private market investments and strategic partnerships across AI, digital infrastructure, healthcare, and technology platforms. He has over 20 years of experience spanning private equity, venture capital, public markets, and platform build-outs in regulated and emerging markets.
Divyesh began his career in technology and engineering, working on high-performance computing and enterprise systems, before transitioning into investment management. This combination of technical grounding and capital markets experience shapes his approach to evaluating and scaling AI-driven businesses.
At G42, he works closely with operating companies and portfolio investments on value creation aligned with the Group's strategic priorities. Prior to G42, he held senior investment and operating roles at Abu Dhabi Financial Group and Algorythma, and earlier worked in global asset management with ING Investment Management.
Divyesh holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Delhi.
