Jonathan Au-Yeung is a Director in the Institutional Client Group within HSBC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking business. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for managing HSBC’s corporate banking relationships with Financial Sponsors across the Asia Pacific region. 

Prior to joining HSBC, Jonathan had a 13-year career at ANZ across Asia Pacific, where he was focused on client coverage for Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, and various M&A and Strategy roles. Jonathan also previously worked at Macquarie Capital, where he was part of the Investment Banking coverage team for Financial Institutions in Australia focusing on M&A and Capital Markets activities.

Jonathan has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie Business School, Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. 

Mr. Chen is a managing partner at L Catterton, where he oversees the firm's Asia and RMB fund strategies. 

Prior to joining L Catterton in 2020, Mr. Chen spent nearly 20 years at TPG investing across the broad consumer and healthcare landscape throughout Asia Pacific, most recently serving as a partner and managing director. During his second decade at TPG, he also led the firm’s investments in Greater China and drove the expansion of its China franchise. Before joining TPG, Mr. Chen worked in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers in New York.

Mr. Chen received a BS in Business Administration with honors from the University of Colorado.

Tim Huang is a Partner of Lexington Partners and a member of the Secondary Investment Committee. Based in Hong Kong, Tim is responsible for Lexington's Asia business and primarily engaged in the origination and evaluation of secondary purchases of non-U.S. private equity and alternative investments, and the origination of non-U.S. equity co-investments. 

Prior to joining Lexington in 2011, Mr. Huang was an Executive Director in private equity at LGT Capital Partners and prior to that, he spent time with Investment AB Kinnevik, Merrill Lynch and Gartner Group.

 Mr. Huang graduated from Cornell University with a BS in business administration and from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA.

Pongpat Tantivashinchai, known as Pom, is a Partner at our Bangkok office, bringing a wealth of experience and a global perspective to private equity investments in Thailand and the Indochina region. At Navis, Pom plays a crucial role in driving investments Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. He oversees portfolios in critical sectors such as K-12 education platform, healthcare, consumer-related businesses, and sustainable manufacturing, leveraging his industry knowledge and strategic executions of growth initiatives. Pom began his career in investment banking at RBS in London, focusing on M&A and ECM across Europe, before joining Standard Chartered Thailand as AVP in Commodities and Agribusiness, managing major agribusiness clients and developing sector insights. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Matt joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2009. Prior to joining PEP, he was a consultant with Bain & Company in Australia. Matt was an Innovation Scholar at Macquarie University, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies) and was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Commendation for Academic Excellence.

Nikhil Srivastava is a Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity at PAG, responsible for supervising the operations and management of PAG’s Private Equity strategy. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Nikhil joined PAG in 2019 after working across India, Singapore, and the United States markets with KKR for nearly a decade. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs and Inphi Corporation (NYSE: IPHI). Nikhil holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master’s in electrical engineering from Stanford, and a bachelor’s in electrical and electronics engineering from BITS Pilani. Nikhil is also the author of several patents.
