Jake Fisher is the Head of Sales for Hong Kong and the Global Head of FX Solutions at Apex Group. Based in Hong Kong, Jake is responsible for driving the growth of fund administration and asset servicing for private equity, hedge fund and real asset funds across North Asia. Jake is also responsible for leading Apex’s global FX offering, providing global treasury solutions to Apex’s clients. 

Jake was formerly the Director and Head of China Cross-Border Sales at BMO Capital Markets, based in Hong Kong. In his role he was responsible for Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income Sales to institutional investors seeking access to China’s bond market and supporting international corporations requiring foreign exchange, trade finance and cash management in Mainland China. 

Over the 15 years that Jake has covered the China market, Jake has spoken at Tsinghua University in Beijing, advised China SOEs (i.e. COFCO Trust), the Canadian Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Canada as well as the US Department of Treasury on China crossborder trade and macroeconomic policy. Jake has also lectured at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in Hamilton, ON.

Ms. Chiang joined Golub Capital in 2023 and is a Managing Director in the Global Investor Solutions group. She is the Head of Greater China and Southeast Asia and is responsible for managing existing and new client relationships in the region. 

 Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Chiang was Director and Head of Greater China and Southeast Asia at Cerberus Capital Management, where she raised capital across private credit, private equity, hedge fund and real estate strategies. Prior to this position, she was a Director at Park Hill Group, of PJT Partners and formerly part of the Blackstone Group, fundraising various private market strategies in APAC. Prior to that, Ms. Chiang was an investment professional at Grosvenor Capital Management, based out of Hong Kong investing in Asian private funds. Ms. Chiang began her career in investment banking with Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered. Ms. Chiang earned her BS degree summa cum laude in Finance and Accounting from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Yan O joined IK Partners in 2024 and is an Investor Relations Director within the Investor Relations and Communications team, based in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining IK, Yan worked as a Director at an Asian family office, following roles at Mitsui & Co.'s healthcare investment platform MBK Healthcare Management and China Development Bank. She holds a BSc in Finance major and Mathematics minor from Boston College.

Shane is a Managing Director at Inflexion and leads investor coverage for the APAC region.  He is based in Singapore.  

Shane has over 20 years of PE capital raising, direct investing and M&A experience across Asia.

Prior to Inflexion, Shane spent five years as MD and Head of Evercore’s APAC Private Capital Advisory group, where he advised Asian GPs and LPs on continuation vehicle secondary solutions and PE portfolio sales. Prior to this, he spent over a decade with Australian PE firm, CPE Capital (formerly CHAMP Private Equity) across investing and capital formation functions. Before CPE Capital, Shane worked in M&A advisory at Rothschild and Macquarie Group. 

Shane graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Melbourne.

Outside of work, Shane is a keen music fan and enjoys running and powerlifting.

George is a Managing Director at Vitruvian Partners, focusing on Consumer Internet Investment and also is leading the Investor Relations effort in Asia Pacific region, based in Singapore.

Prior to Vitruvian, George was a Vice President at Apax Partners and worked across the Hong Kong, New York, and Shanghai offices.

George holds an MSc in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
