Steffanie Yuen is Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong at Endowus, Asia’s leading independent wealth advisory and investment platform with more than US$10 billion in assets under advice.

With entities licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong and Monetary Authority of Singapore, Endowus is dedicated to helping investors grow their money with expert advice and access to institutional financial solutions at low and fair fees, through a personalised digital wealth experience.

Before joining Endowus, Steffanie was Managing Director at Value Partners responsible for leading the Group's Direct Distribution, Marketing, Communications and Investor Relations functions, as well as other key strategic growth initiatives. Prior to Value Partners, she was Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Director at Alibaba's fintech affiliate Ant Group, where she was responsible for driving strategic collaborations and partnerships with international financial institutions.

Steffanie started her career in the investment banking divisions of Deutsche Bank and Barclays in Hong Kong. She holds a BS in Finance and Accounting degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is currently a Board Director of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong.

James Burdis, Managing Director, is the Head of J.P. Morgan Global Strategic Relationships Client Group and Private Wealth Alternatives business in APAC. James is responsible for overseeing strategic client relationships with key global distribution partners, consultants and platforms, focusing on investment strategy and capital markets insights to drive fund solutions. Based in Hong Kong, James has spent 19 years with J.P. Morgan Asset Management across APAC and EMEA, including Hong Kong, Singapore and London, covering global strategic relationships for the firm. James read Business, Economics and Finance at the University of Durham, UK.

Henry Chui is the Co-Head of Asia & Head of private wealth for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong where he co-leads Partners Group’s overall business strategy and client engagement activities in Asia with a focus on the private wealth business for the region. Henry is also the head of the Hong Kong office and is the chairperson of the board of Partners Group (Hong Kong) Private Limited. Henry has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry and prior to joining Partners Group, he built and led private wealth businesses for Nuveen and PIMCO and has worked at Invesco and Schroders earlier in his career. Henry holds a bachelors degree in finance and economics from the University of Toronto and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Michelle Shi is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience building and allocating capital to alternative investments. She currently advises asset managers on strategic initiatives, leveraging on her unique, multi-faceted perspective gained as a GP, LP and most recently allocator for private wealth. Michelle joined UBS in 2022 as head of CIO Investment Management Alternative Solutions APAC, where she set up and was responsible for the bank’s Alternative fund offerings for their private wealth clients in the region.   Before UBS, she spent a decade with State Street Global Advisors and GE Asset Management where her last role was Head of Asia Private Equity, overseeing the Asia portfolio including funds, direct investments, and co investments on behalf of a large US pension fund. Prior to that, she was a senior investment member at ADM Capital, which is one of the leading private credit hedge funds in the region, where she successfully originated and led direct investments in the region. 

Michelle received a B. of Acc (Banking and Finance) from NTU Singapore, and holds the CFA, CAIA and CA charters.
