Scott Jalowayski has over 20 years of experience advising private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and other global and regional investment managers on complex investments and M&A transactions in Southeast Asia, China, and Japan.
His experience spans across a range of transaction types, including leveraged and unleveraged control acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, divestitures, and restructurings. His sector expertise covers life sciences and healthcare, interactive and digital media, technology, consumer products, and real asset and infrastructure enterprises.
Scott has significant digital infrastructure experience having advised multiple sponsors on data center acquisition, investment, and development projects in Australia, Korea, Japan, Singapore, and the Philippines.
Rebekah is part of the CVC Asia Operations team, which supports portfolio companies with continued improvement and value-creation. Rebekah has been in the APAC region for over 15 years, leading sustainability transformation in both public and private companies, including Head of Group ESG for FWD Insurance and Head of Sustainability for Woolworths Supermarkets. Prior to this, she was in London. Rebekah advises boards and management on sustainability matters and specialises in building sustainability governance, functions, strategies and initiatives.
Ernest joins Eurazeo as a Managing Director on the Venture Smart City Team.
Ernest has spent the last decade operating and investing in early-stage deep-tech and digital start-ups. As a co-founder of both Hello Tomorrow Asia-Pacific (incubation and acceleration) and Slate Alt (venture investing and capital raising), he partners with corporate ventures and start-ups to commercialise innovations that contend with complex regulatory environments and technical feasibilities. His most recent appointment was as SVP of Speedoc, where he was responsible for the corporate development of the company. Before, he helped build the venture arm of DeClout Ltd. and worked on numerous M&A and exits for the firm. He started his career as an investment manager at IPP Capital Management and was part of the firm's investment committee.
Ernest graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business (Indiana, USA).
