Hilda Sin is the Director of Responsible Investing Ecosystem (RIE) for APAC at PRI, leading efforts to advance and integrate responsible investment practices and policy engagement across the Asia-Pacific region. Hilda brings extensive banking and consulting experience having built a career over 25 years spanning investment advisory, corporate strategy, and business development in wealth and investment management across Asia's financial markets. Her professional experience includes key roles at global financial institutions, including Julius Baer, Crédit Industriel et Commercial (CIC), RBS Coutts, Credit Suisse and Accenture. Hilda transitioned to the development finance sector in 2021 where she worked at UNDP in Singapore as a private sector financing advisor focusing on strategic partnerships with institutional investors to mobilize financing toward sustainable development projects in APAC. Prior to joining PRI, Hilda was a senior consultant at the Green Finance Institute (GFI), where she focused on identifying key barriers to investments and developing interventions to unlock sustainable finance opportunities in Southeast Asia. Hilda has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley.

Yee Hean Teo is a Principal Investment Specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where he leads the institution’s private equity fund investments within the Private Sector Operations Department. Since joining ADB in 2015, he has focused on building resilient private capital ecosystems by investing in funds and co-investments that combine commercial discipline with measurable development impact.

Mr. Teo has over 20 years of experience in global investing. He began his career at GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, where he developed risk and allocation models and later advised on private market transactions across multiple sectors and regions. He also spent time at Temasek, assessing private equity opportunities.

His career spans the full investment lifecycle, including portfolio strategy, origination, evaluation, structuring, and active management of investments across multiple asset classes. At ADB, he has helped shape the institution’s approach to private capital, advised on governance and alignment between limited and general partners, and supported blended-finance solutions that attract private investors into under-penetrated markets.

His work consistently reflects ADB’s development mandate, with a strong emphasis on advancing gender equality, encouraging climate-aligned practices across diverse industries, and mobilizing private capital toward sectors that deliver both returns and sustainable growth.

A Singaporean national, Mr. Teo served in the Singapore Armed Forces for 2.5 years. He holds double degrees in Business Management and Economics, both awarded summa cum laude from the Singapore Management University, and has completed an executive program at Stanford University. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Teo has served on ADB’s Pension Committee and currently sits on advisory committees for several of ADB’s fund investments. He is also a member of the Singapore Venture Capital Association’s LP Committee.

Fetriza Rinaldy is the Head of ESG at Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), where she spearheaded the ESG framework for Indonesia’s first sovereign wealth fund, integrating ESG into investment decisions across a portfolio of around USD 10 billion AUM. With over 14 years of experience spanning sovereign wealth funds, impact investing, corporate sustainability, and environmental consulting, she actively contributes to the SWF and asset owner community, advancing ESG integration and sustainable investment practices.

Zhiyao Ma is a Vice President on StepStone Group’s Asia private equity team. Prior to joining StepStone, Ms. Ma was an officer at the United Nations Children’s Fund. Ms. Ma graduated with a BA from Peking University and MA from Columbia University.
