Since co-founding Peachtree Group in 2007, Greg has successfully overseen investments exceeding $13.0 billion in commercial real estate and various other enterprises. 

With over 25 years of experience, he brings extensive experience in credit and equity investing, particularly in hotels and other commercial real estate assets. Previously, Greg served as senior vice president of business development for Specialty Finance Group, where he originated more than $2.0 billion of credit transactions. 

Before that, Greg was vice president of business development for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Asset-Backed Lending Division. During his six-year tenure, he originated, closed and funded more than 300 hospitality FF&E financing transactions with an aggregate capital structure exceeding $10.0 billion. 

Greg is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and is a board member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He also serves on the real estate fund advisory board for the Texas McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Since 2018, Kimberly has led portfolio administration at UNCMC, bringing a strong blend of technical expertise and business insight. Before joining UNCMC, she worked across industries including Finance, Semiconductors, Telecommunications, Automotive, and Transportation, aligning technology with strategic goals. A skilled Backstop user and implementation leader, she has enhanced operations through process improvement, data integration, and ecosystem centralization. Kimberly is passionate about mentoring, digital transformation, and staying current with emerging technologies. She holds a BS in Communications from Ithaca College.

Nick is a Senior Investment Operations Officer at the Tufts University Investment Office, where he combines the precision of daily investment operations with a drive to test, adopt, and apply new technology—continually pushing the office’s tech stack to its full potential, all in support of better data-driven investment insights and decision making. 

 Before joining Tufts, Nick spent nearly 13 years at Cambridge Associates, helping its outsourced-CIO platform grow from a handful of clients to more than 250 worldwide. He held multiple leadership roles, including program director for a COO-type team—affectionately known as the “Operations QBs”—and head of global portfolio-implementation strategy, making portfolio onboarding and buildout seamless across client structures and geographies. 

 Nick earned a B.S. from Penn State and lives outside Boston with his wife and two young daughters.

Thomas Ince is a managing partner at LP First Capital, where he leads investments in fragmented, non-discretionary service sectors including commercial, consumer, education, and healthcare services. A seasoned entrepreneur, Thomas founded and successfully exited multiple businesses before establishing LP First Capital in 2018. Since then, he has guided the firm in building 12 platform investments and completing over 50 add-on acquisitions.
