Antonio Lombardo has gained significant experience in finance law, advising leading financial institutions in corporate lending structured finance, acquisition finance and other finance and restructuring matters.
He is engaged in domestic and international M&A, distressed M&A, corporate private equity and venture capital transactions.
He is also involved in international projects such as cross-border acquisitions and financings, joint ventures and public bids.
Antonio is a member of the DLA Piper Brexit Committee, which coordinates the firm's approach to the withdrawal of the UK from the European Union.
Simone Bagnariol is the General Counsel of ASTM S.p.A., a global player in the infrastructure sector and second largest motorway concession operator of the world. Previously, he was General Counsel at Rizzani de Eccher S.p.A., a leading Italian construction company active in the field of infrastructures and other large-scale projects. Simone was also an Associate at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners and at Clifford Chance. He holds a Law Degree from the University of Trieste and a Ph.D. in Commercial and Transportation Law from the University of Udine.
Michele Pizzarotti was born in Parma on 12 September 1975, and joined the company in 2000. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Mipien, the holding company of the Pizzarotti Group.
