Emmanuel Jaclot has been Executive Vice-President and Head of Infrastructure since June 2018. In this role, he is responsible for CDPQ’s global infrastructure strategy and investments. He oversees a over CAD 60 billion asset portfolio. He is Chair of CDPQ Infra’s Board of Directors and on the Executive and Investment-Risk Committees.
Before joining CDPQ, Mr. Jaclot was Senior Vice-President at Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management, in London. From 2007 to 2015, he was Deputy CEO at EDF Énergies Nouvelles, a subsidiary of EDF specialized in renewable energy, in Paris. In his previous roles he has managed major merger and acquisition transactions around the world, through which he developed an expertise in both investing and asset management.
He was an Investment Officer at PAI Partners, a private equity firm, having started his career at Morgan Stanley in London.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in engineering from École des Mines de Paris.

Cedric Lucas is a Partner for the Infrastructure Investing business within Goldman Sachs Alternatives based in New York. He is a member of the global Infrastructure Investment Committee and focuses on energy transition, circular economy and infrastructure investing across other sectors. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Cedric led energy infrastructure for the US and Mexico at KKR and headed midstream investing for the Americas at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA). He earned an MBA with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School, an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and a master's degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Dorian Hunt leads Leo Berwick’s Renewable Energy practice.
Dorian has 20 years of experience in tax credit monetization, with clients including renewable energy project developers, tax equity investors, project lenders, insurers and syndicators.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, he was a leader in the Power and Utilities and Energy Transition practices of a Big 4 firm, where he focused on providing tax consulting services with respect to tax credit-driven project finance across, with a focus on renewable energy.
Dorian is a thought leader in the tax credit space and has authored articles on topics including the potential implications for “direct pay” of renewable energy tax incentives and on the impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on the US renewable energy industry. He has also presented on these and other similar topics for organizations such as IPED, NARUC, and the Boston Bar Association.
Dorian has experience with myriad energy incentive programs including Treasury 1603 grants, 48C advanced energy manufacturing studies, and the rapidly-developing field of 45Q carbon capture credits.

A partner in the Paul, Weiss Corporate Department, Ravi Purohit is co-head of the firm’s Infrastructure Practice, a member of the Mergers & Acquisition Practice and a member of the Private Equity Group. Ravi advises strategic companies, institutional investors and financial sponsors globally on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, investments, joint ventures as well as other general corporate and financing matters. He is a nationally recognized leading lawyer in the energy and infrastructure space and regularly counsels clients involved in oil and gas, renewables, utilities, transportation, telecommunication, water and waste transactions. Ravi’s experience encompasses more than $150 billion of transactions and many landmark energy and infrastructure transactions across various sectors including a number of first-of-their-kind deals.
Prior to his private legal experience, Ravi worked as a Managing Director and founding member of the Investment Team at Blackstone Infrastructure Partners and also recently served as the General Counsel of Blackstone Infrastructure Partners. Earlier, he also served as a Managing Director at Alinda Capital Partners, an infrastructure investment firm.
Ravi is a frequent speaker and writer on developments in infrastructure, energy, private equity and M&A. He has been quoted in numerous articles in business and legal publications.

Owen is a Portfolio Manager at Telstra Super responsible for the management of the Infrastructure portfolio. Owen has over 9 years’ Infrastructure experience across origination, asset management and portfolio construction. Prior to Telstra Super, he worked at Rest in the Private Markets team. In his spare time, he is a keen swimmer and a not-so-keen runner. Owen is a CFA® charterholder.

Taylor is a Principal based in the firm’s Toronto office where he is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing direct, secondary and primary fund investment opportunities. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2023, Taylor was a Vice President with Instar Asset Management where he focused on middle market infrastructure and private equity investments. Taylor began his career at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada. Taylor received an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Ms. Corinne Still is a Partner in Apollo's Infrastructure Equity business. She joined Apollo in 2016 and is responsible for originating, underwriting and managing equity investments in energy transition and circular economy. Ms. Still sits on the board of Doral Renewables, Circulus, Summit Ridge Energy, Broad Reach Power, Great Bay Renewables, and Stagecoach Renewables. Prior to joining Apollo, Corinne was a Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services and a Management Consultant in the Energy & Natural Resources group at Accenture. Corinne graduated magna cum laude from James Madison University with a BS in Integrated Science & Technology and received both her Master of Environmental Management and Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Mr. Savi is a Managing Director, Partner, and Global Head of Carlyle Infrastructure Credit. He is based in New York.
Mr. Savi is responsible for overseeing and originating private investment grade, below investment grade, and mezzanine debt investments in global infrastructure projects across the power, energy, transportation, water/waste, telecom, and social infrastructure sub-sectors. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Savi was a Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Credit at BlackRock. Before joining BlackRock in 2013, Mr. Savi worked at WestLB and Merrill Lynch, focusing on credit investments in the power and energy industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Savi built and led MetLife’s Global Infrastructure Credit business.
Mr. Savi received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his BS in chemical engineering from The Cooper Union.

Nicolas Rubio is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Americas at Meridiam, an independent investment Benefit Corporation, specializing in the development, financing, and management of long-term and sustainable infrastructure projects. Meridiam manages over $23 billion of assets and to date has more than 128 projects under development, construction or in operation, with Meridiam Infrastructure North America managing 26 infrastructure assets in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The firm invests across the sustainable mobility and transportation, energy transition and environment, digital, and social infrastructure sectors, including the SR400 Express Lanes Project (Georgia), LaGuardia Airport Terminal B (New York), Long Beach Courthouse (California), as well Meridiam’s fiber projects in Alabama, Alberta, Indiana, and Memphis.
Nicolas has over three decades of experience leading the development, building, and operating of private and public infrastructure projects in Europe, Africa, and the Americas. In 2010, he was awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year” by The American Road & Transportation Builders Association for his role in promoting Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) for transportation in the United States. In 2017, he was selected by the National Council for PPPs as part of America’s Top 10 P3 Transportation Infrastructure Pioneers.
Nicolas is based in Washington, D.C. and holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain.

Arash Shojaie is a Partner at QIC. His role with the Infrastructure Equities Investment Team is principally focused on origination, transaction execution and asset management across multiple infrastructure sectors in North America. Arash is currently based in New York and was previously located in QIC’s Sydney (2013-17) and Brisbane (2018-21) offices.
During his time at QIC, Arash has been involved in the origination and execution of investments opportunities across Australia and North America, covering electricity networks, midstream, renewable energy, water, digital and waste. His current and prior Board roles include Renewa, CenTrio Energy, Generate Capital and Lochard Energy.

Guillermo joined Campbell Lutyens in 2018 to take responsibility for the firm’s North American real assets practice. Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Guillermo was a Managing Director with Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets in Chicago, where he was responsible for institutional investor coverage in the Americas, product development, and project management. Prior to Macquarie, he worked in debt capital markets with Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan, and Bank of New York.
Guillermo earned his MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia College at Columbia University.

Mr. McCann is the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Portfolio Manager of Duration Capital Partners. Prior to founding Duration in 2024, he worked at Oaktree Capital and Highstar Capital. During his career, Emmett has helped lead several major public-private partnerships, including the 40-year lease of the Luis Munoz Marin Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and the 50-year lease and concession agreement at the Seagirt Marine Terminal in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to joining Highstar in 2009, Mr. McCann helped build Morgan Stanley's infrastructure effort in Europe and North America. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was part of the team that established the infrastructure investment banking practice at Goldman Sachs. He currently serves on the board of directors of Ports America. Emmett holds a B.A. degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago. He is also a member of the board of Youth, Inc., a leading non-profit focused on building organizations that help children in New York City thrive.

ALLISON KINGSLEY is Founder and Partner of NOVA Infrastructure, a value-added, middle market infrastructure manager investing in environmental services, transportation, energy transition, and communications sectors in North America. Currently NOVA’s portfolio for its $565 million Fund I consists of seven investments: a vertically integrated waste management platform; a US Flag maritime logistics business; a fixed base operator aviation platform; a port-centric storage and logistics platform; a renewable natural gas business; a fiber-to-the-home business; and a fixed wireless business.
At NOVA, Allison leads the sourcing and execution of infrastructure investments and sits on the Investment Committee. Currently, Allison serves on the Board of Directors for Bold Ocean, a government-contracted maritime logistics business operating US Flag vessels, and Harbor Logistics, a warehousing, drayage, and supply chain logistics business based in Charleston.
Allison has nearly 25 years of experience working in infrastructure. Prior to founding NOVA, Allison invested for infrastructure manager Reformation Capital and also executed bespoke investments for anchor PartnerRe’s principal finance portfolio. Previously, Allison worked at Ambac focusing on global project and structured financings. She started her career at Lehman Brothers in the M&A group in the investment banking division. In addition, Allison is a political economist and former tenured business school professor.
Allison holds a B.A. cum laude from Rice University, an M.S.L. from Yale Law School, and a Ph.D. from Columbia University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for YWCA Greenwich, an organization committed to eliminating racism and empowering women.

Wes brings nearly 25 years of experience financing and investing in businesses that use transportation, industrial and commercial equipment to provide critical services into the economy. Before Mascarene Partners, Wes founded and was the Head of Onex Transportation Partners, a middle market, value added infrastructure investment platform focused on the transportation sector. Prior to Onex, Wes spent nearly 15 years as a Senior Vice President at BBAM LP, the world’s third largest aircraft leasing business. Wes led BBAM’s capital raising efforts and was an integral part of the senior leadership team that grew the business through the NYSE-listing of Fly Leasing Limited and the establishment of Incline Aviation, one of the world’s first private equity funds dedicated to investing in commercial aircraft on operating lease. Wes started his career at Credit Suisse in 2000 where he was involved in financing efforts across a wide range of transportation businesses with a particular focus on aircraft, railcars, vessels and containers.
Wes earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University in Canada.

Rishi Patel is a Managing Director of I Squared Capital, leading infrastructure credit investments in North America.
Rishi has over fourteen years of investment experience and has invested across the capital structure including high yield corporate and asset backed credit opportunities. He joined I Squared Capital from Upwell, a private global asset manager focused on investing in platforms in renewables, water, and digital infrastructure, where he served as a Principal on the investment team.
Before joining Upwell, Rishi worked in Deutsche Bank’s Transportation, Infrastructure, and Energy Financing Group, where he was a Vice President working on special situation investments. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, Rishi structured and executed opportunities globally, across the capital structure in various renewable, power, infrastructure, telecom, oil and gas, shipping, and aviation sector opportunities.
Earlier in his career, Rishi worked as an Investment Analyst at Macquarie in the Distressed Debt and Special Situations Trading group. He was also an Analyst and member of the investment committee at the activist hedge fund Barington Capital. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leverage Finance Group, focused on natural resources and digital infrastructure.
Rishi holds a B.S. from the NYU Stern School of Business where he graduated with Honors. He has also been a guest speaker at NYU Stern Center of Sustainable Business

Orhan Sarayli is a member of Barings’ Global Infrastructure Debt Group. He is responsible for originating, structuring and underwriting a wide variety of infrastructure debt transactions. Orhan has over 24 years of experience in project finance. Prior to re-joining the firm in 2021, he worked at Global Infrastructure Partners where he was focused on origination, underwriting and portfolio managing of their infrastructure debt funds, as well as assisting in the fundraising efforts. Before GIP, Orhan had worked at Barings in a similar capacity to his current role. Prior to that, he worked for UBS where he focused on originating financing and advisory opportunities in the power sector. Before UBS, he worked at RBS where he played a key role in transactions such as the sale of PPL Corporation’s Long Island portfolio, the placement of the Hudson Transmission senior debt as well as other notable deals. Orhan holds a B.S. from New York University and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Mr. Camiña is a Partner and Head of Sustainable Infrastructure Credit. Jorge brings over 20 years experience in project finance and investment management, having held senior positions at both Allianz Global Investors and Santander Corporate & Investment Banking. In his most recent role, as Director of Infrastructure Debt at Allianz Global Investors since 2016, Mr. Camiña was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of Infrastructure Debt investments in the Americas. He led the execution of a strategic shift towards renewable power across US and Latin America, investing in over three gigawatts of solar and wind assets. He was also member of the Infrastructure Debt investment committee. Jorge received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration by Deusto Business School in Spain.

Ralph is Co-Chief Executive Officer and a Founding Member of Apterra. He brings over 25 years of experience in banking and is a capital markets financing specialist with deep relationships across a variety of investor classes including commercial and investment banks, finance companies, private credit lenders, life insurance companies as well as South Korean capital providers. Ralph was previously with Investec as the Global Co-Head of the Power and Infrastructure Finance business for ten years. Before then, Ralph worked at WestLB for over 9 years leading bank loan syndications as an Executive Director and prior to that worked at both Credit Suisse and Bear Stearns. He received his MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Accounting from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.

Zaman is a Senior Managing Director at BCI, with its Infrastructure & Renewable Resources investing team. He leads Asset Management for a portfolio spanning over forty direct investments globally. He serves on its Investment Committee and spearheads various initiatives including coverage of Asian markets.
Prior to joining BCI, Zaman worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, and previously with the Aga Khan Development Network. In addition to the CFA, Zaman has an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and undergraduate degrees in engineering and in government from Cornell University.

Niraj Agarwal is the Head of Real Assets at the c. $100 billion New Jersey Division of Investment and also serves on the pension fund’s Asset Allocation committee. Niraj runs investment programs focused on private equity across infrastructure, real estate, natural resources, agriculture and other real assets, and invests via commingled funds, co-investments/secondaries and programmatic separate accounts. He serves on a number of Boards and is responsible for launching investments into Infrastructure and Energy Transition/Renewables for the pension which account for over $2 billion of new capital deployment. Prior to NJ, Niraj was a Portfolio Manager in the Real Assets team at the c. $500 billion CalPERS pension, where he built the infrastructure portfolio from c. $2 billion to c. $6 billion via directs, funds, co-investments and separate accounts, and also built the renewables investment program to c. 2GW of operating wind and solar. Prior to CalPERS, Niraj was an investment banker in NY where he closed over $13 billion of transactions across sectors.

Dolly Mirchandani is Head of the Firm's Global Infrastructure, Transportation and Logistics Group.
Dolly's practice focuses on the infrastructure and energy sector, including public private partnerships, reflecting 25 years of experience working on some of the most significant deals in the sector. She represents sponsors, infrastructure funds, commercial banks, institutional lenders, contractors, secondary market investors and governments in the tender, development, acquisition and financing of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects. Dolly has advised across multiple infrastructure asset classes including surface transportation (airports, ports, roads, parking, bridges, transit and rail), water and wastewater, waste management, district energy, digital and social infrastructure. Her breadth of practice and decades of experience allows her to anticipate concerns, propose solutions and promote agreement. She has played a leading role in the introduction of private investment and finance in the infrastructure sector in North America, having advised on multiple, award-winning transactions, including ones that were first-of-their-kind.
Dolly is, without a doubt, one of the most widely respected and successful practitioners in her field. She is ranked Band 1 - Projects: PPP by both Chambers USA and Chambers Global and was recently placed on the Roll Call of Elite for Project Finance in Euromoney's Best of the Best USA Expert Guide. She has also been named among IFLR1000's Women Leaders for Project Finance and Project Development in the United States and awarded Global Leader status for both Project Finance and Government Contracts in Who's Who Legal.

Damien joined AustralianSuper in July 2024 as a Senior Investment Director, Real Assets Americas, where he is responsible for energy transition and transportation investments. With more than 25 years’ experience in infrastructure investment management and advisory, Damien was previously at CIM where he was First Vice President based in Los Angeles with a focus on energy transition and transportation. Prior to CIM, Damien was a Partner at Stepstone Global where he led direct investment activities primarily in renewable energy.

John is a Partner and Co-Head of Igneo Infrastructure Partners team in North America, and is a member of the GDIF Investment Committee.
John is currently a board director at Patriot Rail, Terra-Gen, and Rialto Bioenergy. Prior to joining the team in 2018, John held a senior role at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, which operates the bi-state region’s airports, ports, bridges and tunnels, and PATH commuter rail.
Prior to that, John was a Managing Director and head of US infrastructure advisory in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. John has a J.D. from Yale Law School and an A.B. from Harvard College.

Luke Laumann is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Luke represents domestic and international private equity sponsors and strategic clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private investments in a broad range of industries.
Luke was recognized as a “Next Generation Partner” for Private Equity Buyouts by Legal 500 US in 2023 and a “Leading Lawyer” for Private Equity in the United States by Euromoney in 2022. He was also the recipient of the ""40 under 40 Emerging Leaders Award"" by The M&A Advisor in 2018.

Nadav Klugman is a partner in the Project Development and Finance practice in White & Case's Chicago office. Nadav focuses his practice on global project finance and infrastructure investment, with a particular emphasis on advising financial institutions on a wide range of complex project financings, private acquisitions and divestitures of renewable energy investments. He also represents banks in debt and tax equity investments in US energy and infrastructure assets.
Nadav is ranked by Chambers Global–USA in the area of Projects: Renewables & Alternative Energy. He is also recognized as a ""Leading Lawyer"" for Renewable/Alternative Power by Legal 500 US. In 2021, Nadav was named as an ""Energy & Environmental Trailblazer"" by The National Law Journal. Jon Mauck is a Senior Managing Director, DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Mauck has 25 years of experience investing in, advising and operating, communications infrastructure businesses. Mr. Mauck leads the data center investment strategy at DigitalBridge Investment Management and is responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation, and management of new investments in the data center sector on a global basis. Mr. Mauck is a member of the investment committee overseeing all new fund investments and the Executive committee that oversees the operations of DigitalBridge globally.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Mauck was a partner in and CFO and President of IO Data Centers, a privately held data center company, that developed and operated over 1.5 million square feet of data center space across North America, Europe, and Asia. Previously, Mr. Mauck was Managing Director and Global Head of the Technology Infrastructure group at Citigroup’s Investment Bank. Mr. Mauck was attorney in New York at Thatcher Proffit focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Mauck received a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, in Economics from George Mason University and a Juris Doctor, with distinction, from Boston College.

Michael Dean joined HarbourVest in 2014 and focuses on real assets investments, including energy, infrastructure, real estate, and natural resources. He currently serves on a number of boards and advisory boards of companies and partnerships, including those managed by 1901 Partners, Arroyo Energy, The Blackstone Group, BP Energy Partners, The Carlyle Group, Crestline, LS Power, and W&T Offshore.
Michael joined the Firm from Meketa Investment Group, where he served as the Head of Real Assets investing across the natural resources, infrastructure, and real estate sectors. His responsibilities included development of investment strategy and sourcing, evaluating, and executing fund and co-investment opportunities. Prior to that, he was Director of Investments at real estate investment firm Ithecus Capital Group.
Michael received a BBA from Baylor University in 1998 and speaks conversational Spanish.

Irini is Senior Managing Director for OMERS Infrastructure’s global third-party capital program, the Strategic Partnership Program (SPP). She joined OMERS in September 2022 and is based in London.
Most recently, Irini was with IFM Investors as the Head of EMEA for the Global Relationship Group, where she drove the Investor Relations and Business Development outcomes for the UK, Europe and the Middle East. She also served as the Global Head of Investor Relations. She was a member of the Global Management Team and the inaugural Chair and member of the European Executive Committee.
Irini joined IFM from Hastings Funds Management, where she initially led the development and execution of the global debt capital raising strategy. She was later appointed to the newly created role of Head of Product Development across all asset classes.
Prior to Hastings, Irini was a senior Corporate Associate in the New York and London offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she advised global PE clients on private and public M&A transactions.
Irini holds a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University (magna cum laude), Master of Studies from the University of Oxford (distinction) and Juris Doctor from George Washington University (cum laude).

Waldemar Szlezak joined KKR in 2019 and is a Partner on the Infrastructure (Private Equity) team. Mr. Szlezak leads KKR’s digital infrastructure investments globally. At KKR, Mr. Szlezak is actively involved in a number of investments, including Gulf Data Hub, CyrusOne, Global Technical Realty, MetroNet, On*Net Fibra de Chile, On*Net Fibra de Colombia, Nexo Latam, Hyperoptic and Pinnacle Towers. Prior to joining KKR, he was a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity group of Soros Fund Management LLC (SFM) where he was responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring the firm’s communications infrastructure and real estate investments. While at SFM, Mr. Szlezak served on the board of directors of euNetworks Group Lmtd., Hyperoptic Ltd (acquired by KKR), Helios Towers Africa Ltd. Perry leads Morrison’s activity in North America, with responsibility for the origination of investments in the region. He has more than two decades of infrastructure investment and industry experience, particularly in deal origination and execution, having worked on upwards of US$100 billion of transactions.
Perry joined Morrison in 2021 from UBS Asset Management, where he was Head of Infrastructure Americas, a business within Real Estate and Private Markets. Prior to UBS Asset Management, he worked at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) as Managing Director on the North American investment team. He joined MIRA from Morgan Stanley where he was Head of Infrastructure Banking for the Americas, originating and executing infrastructure transactions across various industries, including power, utilities, and transportation.
Perry has held Director roles on the Boards of Northern Star Generation, Ports America, Aquarion Water Company and GFL Environmental. Perry if currently Chair of FiberLight.

As Senior Director, Infrastructure Financing, Marie-Christine Beaulieu oversees the establishment of strategic partnerships for the Infrastructure Financing portfolio. She is also involved in developing and monitoring the strategy for Infrastructure Financing and for the portfolio.
Ms. Beaulieu has over 12 years of experience in privates and real assets.
In 2018, she joined Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate subsidiary of CDPQ, where she served as Vice President, Industrial Asset Management for the U.S. portfolio. She was then responsible for the management and value creation of existing platforms and partnerships in the United States in the logistics sector, as well as sitting on the advisory committee and Board of Directors of these groups. Earlier in her career, she worked at Fiera Comox and PSP Investments, where she set up joint ventures and platforms with operating partners in the forestry and agricultural industries in Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. She has also worked in investment banking at CIBC, where she completed several strategic acquisitions and business sales mandates.
Ms. Beaulieu holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (with high distinction) from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School (with distinction), and has been a CFA charterholder since 2014.

She advises clients on mergers, acquisitions and private equity transactions across a variety of sectors, with a special focus on transactions in the energy, renewables and infrastructure sectors.
She advises public and private companies, including private equity and infrastructure funds and other investors, on corporate and business combination transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, co-investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, restructurings, and bankruptcy sales.
She also advises clients on debt and corporate restructurings in connection with equity recapitalizations, rights offerings, and 363 sales and acquisitions.
