Andy is Director at Ofwat, currently responsible for the financial elements of Ofwat's PR24 determination, including its decisions on the cost of capital, financeability and the financial model.
Andy has delivered Ofwat's work on a variety of matters including Ofwat's work on monitoring company performance, taking forward the recent licence modifications on financial resilience. He has worked on a number of projects including several price determinations and the delivery of the Thames Tideway Tunnel infrastructure provider model. He chair of the Cost of Capital Directors group within the UK Regulators Network.
