Adam Cieply is a partner in White & Case's Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. Mr. Cieply represents domestic and international private equity funds and corporate clients in private and public domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and private investments in a broad range of industries. Mr. Cieply also has broad experience advising distressed companies and holders of distressed debt on corporate restructurings, equity raises and distressed M&A transactions, whether in-court or out-of-court.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Cieply practiced corporate law, focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions and securities law, at a major Canadian law firm, working in both their Montreal, Canada and London, UK offices.

Prior to joining Searchlight in 2021, Mr. Pai was the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”), which he led from 2017 until 2021. During his tenure as Chairman, he implemented major initiatives to help close the digital divide; advance U.S. leadership in 5G, Open Radio Access Networks, Wi-Fi 6, and other wireless technologies; promote innovation; protect consumers, public safety, and national security; and make the agency itself more open, transparent, and data driven. Mr. Pai first joined the FCC as a Commissioner in 2012. Before becoming Commissioner, Mr. Pai served in various positions of increasing responsibility at the FCC, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Senate. Previously, he was a partner at Jenner & Block and served as in-house counsel at Verizon. Mr. Pai serves on various portfolio company boards. Mr. Pai received an AB, with honors, from Harvard University and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.

Alex is a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim. He leads the global investment banking coverage of telecom, network infrastructure and data center industries. He has acted as an advisor on a wide range of landmark transactions during his career, including both M&A and debt and equity capital markets transactions. Prior to Guggenheim, Alex was a Managing Director at Citi in the Global TMT group. He led the global coverage of clients in the data center and cloud industries and was responsible for managing key infrastructure fund relationships. During his 18 year career at Citi, Alex also worked in Citi’s Asia Pacific Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking team based in Hong Kong and in the Equity Capital Markets division. Alex was named one of TMT Finance's 2019 Top 10 Comms M&A Dealmakers.

Amit Rikhy is Co-founder and CEO of CAG Holdings, Carlyle’s dedicated investment and development platform for airport infrastructure. CAG is built to develop and invest in airport infrastructure at the intersection of decarbonization, energy transition and digitization, in conjunction with delivering positive community and customer outcomes.
Amit has 25+ years of airport development, investment and management experience and has led over 50 airport projects globally. Under Amit’s leadership, CAG led the sourcing, structuring, development and financing of the landmark $9.5 billion New Terminal One at JFK — the largest, privately financed aviation infrastructure project ever undertaken in the United States, which will deliver a world-class (Skytrax 5-star) experience for NTO’s airline partners, passengers, retail & catering partners and visitors. At the core of this world-class experience, will be a terminal that is powered by the largest rooftop solar array in United States, complemented with a next-generation sustainable and resilient microgrid and a fully digitized passenger journey from curb to the airfield. Throughout his career, Amit has worked closely with management teams to drive business performance and transformation and has served on multiple airport boards, where he has provided guidance on development, regulatory, financing and business performance objectives.
Amit has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. He resides in Washington DC and serves on the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School Real Estate/Infrastructure Advisory Board.

Andrew Kessler assumed the position of President of NY Green Bank in February 2021 having served the prior two years as Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment & Portfolio Management at NY Green Bank. Mr. Kessler is an industry leader in clean energy investing, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in banking and finance to NY Green Bank. As president, Mr. Kessler oversees partnerships with private sector capital providers and other clean energy market participants to address barriers that limit private investment into attractive renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
Prior to joining NY Green Bank, Mr. Kessler founded and led the Biogas, Waste & Recycling Advisory group at the Danish Trade Council based in Washington, D.C. He also served as Co-Head of the Danish Trade Council’s North America Energy & Environment Group and held senior positions as a corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions professional at various firms including HSBC, Waller Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Duff & Phelps.
Prior to launching Turning Earth, Mr. Kessler spent 15 years as an investment banker holding senior positions as a corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions professional at various firms including HSBC, Waller Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Duff & Phelps. He has executed equity, debt, and M&A transactions across a diverse set of sectors and markets and has served in numerous corporate governance
leadership roles. Mr. Kessler has written and lectured on waste, recycling, biogas, and related renewable energy topics and regularly speaks at industry forums and conferences. He served on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Composting Council from 2010 to 2012 and was elected to its Executive Committee as Vice President and Treasurer, respectively.
Mr. Kessler earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Bryan Didier is a Partner and the Managing Director of Renewable Energy at Monarch Private Capital. In addition to nearly two decades of legal experience in renewable energy and project finance, Bryan brings over 30 years of leadership experience to his role, including over 20 years of service as an officer in the US Navy.
As part of his responsibilities, Bryan leads and manages Monarch’s renewable energy tax practice, overseeing the origination and closing of transactions, working closely with investors, and serving as the primary point of contact for developers and service providers in the rapidly expanding renewable energy field. Bryan has been a frequent lecturer, speaker, and panelist for industry conferences and CLEs, including most recently on opportunities created by the Inflation Reduction Act.
Prior to joining Monarch, Bryan had been a partner at Leverage Law Group, LLC since 2009, where he developed and led the firm’s renewable energy practice, with a particular emphasis on tax-credit incentivized renewable energy transactions. His diverse client portfolio included tax credit investors, syndicators, renewable energy developers, lenders and non-tax equity investors. Bryan also possesses substantial experience in project finance and corporate governance, having previously served as in-house counsel at a publicly-held utility and a large private chemical manufacturer.
Before and during his civilian legal career, Bryan served for over 20 years on active and reserve duty in the US Navy, retiring with the rank of Commander. Assignments included multiple deployments to the Arabian Gulf as a helicopter pilot, a tour as an Admiral’s aide, and billets in anti-terrorism and domestic casualty response. His military background instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, strategic thinking and leadership, which he now brings to Monarch Private Capital.

Cedric Lucas is a Partner for the Infrastructure Investing business within Goldman Sachs Alternatives based in New York. He is a member of the global Infrastructure Investment Committee and focuses on energy transition, circular economy and infrastructure investing across other sectors. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Cedric led energy infrastructure for the US and Mexico at KKR and headed midstream investing for the Americas at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA). He earned an MBA with high distinction, Baker Scholar, from Harvard Business School, an MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and a master's degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.

Chris Ortega is a Managing Director and Head of Americas of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP). Prior to joining MSIP, Chris was a Partner at TPG Capital, based in New York, where he led their energy and natural resources group. Before that, he was a Director at First Reserve Corporation. Chris holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD (magna cum laude) from Harvard Law School, and a BA (magna cum laude) from Harvard University.

Dolly's practice focuses on the infrastructure and energy sector, including public private partnerships, reflecting 25 years of experience working on some of the most significant deals in the sector. She represents sponsors, infrastructure funds, commercial banks, institutional lenders, contractors, secondary market investors and governments in the tender, development, acquisition and financing of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects. Dolly has advised across multiple infrastructure asset classes including surface transportation (airports, ports, roads, parking, bridges, transit and rail), water and wastewater, waste management, district energy, digital and social infrastructure. Her breadth of practice and decades of experience allows her to anticipate concerns, propose solutions and promote agreement. She has played a leading role in the introduction of private investment and finance in the infrastructure sector in North America, having advised on multiple, award-winning transactions, including ones that were first-of-their-kind.

Dorian Hunt leads Leo Berwick’s Renewable Energy practice.
Dorian has 20 years of experience in tax credit monetization, with clients including renewable energy project developers, tax equity investors, project lenders, insurers and syndicators.
Prior to joining Leo Berwick, he was a leader in the Power and Utilities and Energy Transition practices of a Big 4 firm, where he focused on providing tax consulting services with respect to tax credit-driven project finance across, with a focus on renewable energy.
Dorian is a thought leader in the tax credit space and has authored articles on topics including the potential implications for “direct pay” of renewable energy tax incentives and on the impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on the US renewable energy industry. He has also presented on these and other similar topics for organizations such as IPED, NARUC, and the Boston Bar Association.
Dorian has experience with myriad energy incentive programs including Treasury 1603 grants, 48C advanced energy manufacturing studies, and the rapidly-developing field of 45Q carbon capture credits.

Emily Goergen Azer is a Principal of GI Partners. She currently serves on the boards of DRFortress and Rise Broadband. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mrs. Azer was a Vice President at Stonepeak Partners in New York where she focused on infrastructure investments in the Communications sector. Earlier in her carrier, Emily worked in the North America Private Equity and Global Infrastructure groups at KKR in New York and was an investment banking analyst with the Blackstone Group in New York. Mrs. Azer received her B.S. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Lane is a Managing Director and member of the investment team responsible for sourcing, transaction evaluation, due diligence, and asset management of JLC's investments. Mr. Lane joined JLC in 2018 and brings over 15 years of M&A and infrastructure investment experience focused across all sectors including transportation, energy, and communications. Prior to joining JLC, Mr. Lane was a Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Credit Suisse focused on Power and Renewables. Prior to that, Mr. Lane was a Vice President in the Corporate Investment Banking group at Loop Capital Markets and began his career as an attorney with DLA Piper focused on patent law and intellectual property. Mr. Lane currently serves as a director on the boards of JLC’s communications investments, AOC Connect and GeoLinks, manages JLC’s investment in the New Terminal One project at JFK Airport, and led the acquisition and exit of the Sustainability Partners former portfolio company. Mr. Lane received a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Duke University, Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School and Master of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Florestan Ferroux is a Senior Director, Infrastructure Financing, at CDPQ. In this capacity, he is responsible for building strategic partnerships for the Infrastructure Financing portfolio. He also develops and monitors the infrastructure financing strategy and portfolio.
Mr. Ferroux has close to 15 years of infrastructure structuring and financing experience. He has held different roles within CDPQ, including more recently, the position of Director, Transactions and Investments, at subsidiary CDPQ Infra, where he developed greenfield sustainable transportation projects. Before joining CDPQ, he was Vice-President, Infrastructure Advisory, at EY, where he advised public authorities and private sector clients in structuring and financing public-private partnerships.
Mr. Ferroux is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from HEC Montréal.

Hadley Peer Marshall is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group and co-Head of its infrastructure debt business. In this role, Ms. Peer Marshall oversees the origination, execution and asset management of the Firm's infrastructure credit investments in the Americas.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2015, Ms. Peer Marshall was Co-Head of the project finance and infrastructure group at Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and advising on infrastructure and project financings for clients.
Ms. Peer Marshall holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jillian is a Partner in our Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (PENRI) group and head of the U.S. China Group in the New York office. Jillian has significant experience representing investors, sponsors, developers and lenders on the acquisition, financing and development of major projects around the world in a wide range of sectors, including all aspects of energy transition (including carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), hydrogen, EV and renewables), transportation (including airports, rail, ports and roads), power generation and distribution and water. She also has extensive experience advising on the structuring, formation, marketing and financing of private investment funds in the infrastructure, energy, real estate and mining sectors, including representing lenders and funds on subscription line, NAV and hybrid financings for funds. Chambers USA 2023 has ranked Jillian at Band 4 in the PPP market.
As head of the U.S. China Group, Jillian has particular experience advising Chinese clients on their projects in the Americas, and advising US clients on transactions related to China, in close coordination with Allen & Overy’s China offices.
Jillian attended both Harvard College and Harvard Law School, graduating with honors of summa cum laude and magna cum laude. Jillian is fluent in Mandarin.

John Anderson is a 30+ year infrastructure investor, including 22 years as a leader of the John Hancock / Manulife global infrastructure investing program. His career includes deep infrastructure investing experience across North America, complemented by meaningful experience in developed and emerging Europe, Latin America, and Asia/Pacific.
John is President of the Manulife Infrastructure Funds, and chairs their investment committee for Infrastructure Equity investments, including their direct investing program in the US, and Manulife’s global fund and co-invest program. Manulife’s global Infrastructure Debt lending program also reports to John.
John recently concluded a three-year term as chair of the PRI investor advisory group for Infrastructure and continues to serve as a member of that advisory group.
John is a member of Manulife’s global Investment Committee and the company's Global Leadership Team. Manulife is a global life insurer with 35,000 employees across Canada, the US, and East Asia and a $300 billion portfolio. John has served as an executive sponsor of Manulife’s veteran’s club in the US, and a leader with Employee Resource Groups helping gender and racial diversity flourish at the company.
Mr. Anderson holds an MBA from Georgetown University and received his BA in Economics from The University of Chicago. He speaks French, Serbo-Croatian, German, Spanish, and Russian at an intermediate level, and would not be mistaken for a native speaker in any of these languages.

Jonathan is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP). Over two decades Jonathan has led three private equity platforms and personally led investments of over $3B with a focus on the application of technology to real assets.
Previously, Jonathan was Head of Investments for Alphabet’s urban innovation platform. In this role, Jonathan managed dedicated investment funds related to technology venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure.
He previously founded Nereus in 2009, a private equity fund that invests in alternative energy infrastructure in Asia. Prior to Nereus, Jonathan worked at the D. E. Shaw group where he built the private equity team across venture capital, growth equity, and structured finance. Jonathan started his career by founding startups in natural language processing and computational biochemistry.
Jonathan graduated from Yale with degrees in Philosophy and Computer Science. Jonathan is based in SIP’s Brooklyn office and lives in Brooklyn, New York.

Jorge brings over 20 years experience in project finance and investment management, having held senior positions at both Allianz Global Investors and Santander Corporate & Investment Banking. In his most recent role, as Director of Infrastructure Debt at Allianz Global Investors since 2016, Mr. Camiña was responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of Infrastructure Debt investments in the Americas. He led the execution of a strategic shift towards renewable power across US and Latin America, investing in over three gigawatts of solar and wind assets. He was also member of the Infrastructure Debt investment committee. Jorge received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration by Deusto Business School in Spain.

Joshua Pang is a Managing Director and the Head of Digital Infrastructure for Carlyle Global Infrastructure. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Pang served as Managing Director at Blackstone. Throughout his career, he has been investing in and partnering with leading businesses and management teams across digital infrastructure asset classes, including data centers, bandwidth/broadband and mobile infrastructure, and adjacencies such as communications IT, services, and software.
Before Blackstone, Mr. Pang was a Principal in the U.S. Buyouts group at BC Partners, where he primarily focused on telecom. He began his career as an analyst at Blackstone. He received his B.S. in Finance and Financial Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mark B. Florian, Managing Director, Head of BlackRock Global Infrastructure Funds ("BGIF"), started the BGIF franchise in 2008. Since inception, Mr. Florian has overseen all of the Fund's activities, including overall strategy, portfolio construction, investment origination, structuring, execution, monitoring, and exit strategy. He is the Chairman of the Investment Committee for BGIF.
The BGIF team manages over $15 billion in capital commitments across four vintages. BGIF invests globally in essential contracted infrastructure assets and businesses by capitalizing on the long-term trends of decarbonization, decentralization and digitalization. The BGIF team has created over 40 portfolio companies across the globe for the Funds and includes over 60 investment professionals who are located in Greenwich (Connecticut), London, Singapore, Houston and Mexico City. The BGIF team joined BlackRock in 2017 from First Reserve, a private equity firm that supported the creation of the BGIF franchise starting in 2008, when Mr. Florian joined the firm. The BGIF team raised the first two fund vintages while at First Reserve.
Prior to BGIF, Mr. Florian was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, fulfilling two primary roles at the firm: 1) managing its global Infrastructure Investment Banking business, and 2) serving on the Investment Committee for Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners. His 23-year Goldman Sachs career spanned a wide range of areas within the firm, including the government finance, corporate finance investment banking, and the mergers & acquisitions group. While at Goldman Sachs, he led over $25 billion of mergers and acquisition transactions, and also had structured over $35 billion in financing and hedging transactions. He has been asked to testify to the U.S. Congress on infrastructure issues multiple times and was appointed to a Federal Government commission, which developed recommendations to the U.S. Congress on key changes to its infrastructure finance system.
Mr. Florian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics, magna cum laude, from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Mark Voccola is Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Ardian Infrastructure US. In addition to investing activities, Mark is part of the infrastructure co-investment/syndication team.
Mark is a board member of portfolio company Hill Top.
Mark joined Ardian in 2018. Previously, Mark was a Partner at Ares Management, within the Ares Private Equity Group, where he was responsible for sourcing and appraising investment opportunities and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to joining Ares in 2015, he was a Partner at Energy Investors Funds (EIF).

With over 15 years of experience in energy and infrastructure finance, Mary was previously a Vice President on the investment team of Global Infrastructure Partners’ flagship fund. Prior to her time at GIP, Mary was part of Credit Suisse’s Power and Renewables group within the Investment Banking division. Mary was involved in the execution of a wide variety of M&A, strategic advisory, capital markets, and project financing transactions for developer, corporate, and private equity clients. Mary began her career with Charles River Associates providing economic consulting services in the Energy and Environment Practice.
Mary holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Commerce and Economics from the University of Virginia.”

Michael is Executive Vice President & Global Head of OMERS Infrastructure. He joined OMERS in September 2023 and is based in New York.
Michael is a highly respected investment professional and leader with more than 30 years of broadly diversified, global investment experience. At OMERS he has accountability and oversight for our global infrastructure investment and asset management programs.
Michael joined OMERS from another Canadian pension plan where most recently he was the Americas Head of Sustainable Energies, focused on direct private equity investments across the energy sector. He was also the head of the firm’s New York office. Previously, Michael spent over 25 years in investment banking, working across asset classes, in various roles at Nomura Securities, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. He has worked globally, and been based out of New York, London and Toronto.
Michael holds an HBA from Ivey Business School, where he is also a Board member, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nanda Kamat joined MUFG in December 2009 and is currently the head of the Infrastructure Project Finance team. She has over 15 years of experience in project and infrastructure finance and while at MUFG has led numerous financial advisories for large-scale infrastructure projects including for the LAX Automated People Mover, I-395 Express Lanes, and Purple Line projects. She has also successfully closed financings in both the bank and bond markets for numerous greenfield and brownfield infrastructure assets, including PR-22, Long Beach Container Terminal, Veolia District Energy (now Vicinity Energy), and Indiana Toll Road. Nanda previously held positions at Transurban USA, Goldman Sachs, and Societe Generale. Nanda holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Finance from New York University.

Peggy Smyth joined QIC in 2021 as U.S. Senior Advisor, Global Infrastructure, based in New York, and Chair of the CenTrio Board of Directors. She became a Partner in 2022. Peggy leads QIC’s North American infrastructure investment team on investment strategy and asset management.
Peggy brings deep experience in decarbonization and sustainability as well as extensive leadership experience in guiding transformations resulting in increased productivity, engagement and performance across the energy, manufacturing, telecommunications and professional service sectors. She is the former Chief Financial Officer of National Grid U.S. – one of the world’s largest publicly owned energy companies – and is an Independent Director of Etsy (digital marketplace), Frontier Communications (digital), Lilium (electric mobility) and Remitly (fintech for immigrants).
As a noted authority on the role of finance executives in driving ESG, she was recently recognized by the Energy Inclusion Conference as one of the “100 Most Influential Women in Energy” and by GreenBiz News as one of its “20 C-Suite Sustainability Champions.” She also received the United Way of New York City’s Power of Women to Make a Difference Award in 2018.
Peggy is a member of the Executive Committee of the Fordham University President’s Council and a member of the Board of Trustees and the Audit Committee of Concern Worldwide, Ireland’s largest aid and humanitarian organization. She is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Ireland (EU).

Robert heads Macquarie Capital’s market-leading infrastructure advisory practice, consisting primarily of advising clients in buying, selling, financing and restructuring complex infrastructure and infrastructure-like assets.
He has worked exclusively in infrastructure projects since 2000, starting in Australia then, in August 2008, relocating permanently to New York City to further Macquarie’s efforts in infrastructure advisory in the U.S. and Latin America. Robert has expertise in the toll road, port, airport, parking, water, power, energy and social infrastructure sectors, advising a raft of infrastructure funds, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds over the past 19 years.
His particular focus is in project management of complex transactions and raising capital for projects (debt and equity) in a manner which best suits the key stakeholders.
Robert also leads Macquarie’s US sponsor coverage team, managing Macquarie’s relationship with infrastructure capital managers based in the US.

Sarah Kiriluk is a seasoned finance professional with 20 years of experience, most of which is in the energy sector. She has held various international assignments in Belgium, France, the U.K., the Middle East and in the U.S. In her current role, Sarah leads ENGIE’s acquisitions, investments and financial advisory team which manages valuations and financings for ENGIE North America across the various businesses of the group. ENGIE is a leader in the net-zero energy transition and currently has more than 7 GW of renewable production in operation or construction across the U.S. and Canada as well as a large battery storage portfolio.
