Greg Kitscha is a Managing Director at John Laing based in Toronto. In his role, Greg is responsible for business development, partnering, project pursuits and transaction execution across the North American P3 market. Greg is an infrastructure development professional with over 20 years of industry experience, including in project development and investment, public sector infrastructure procurement, and asset management. Greg’s P3 experience includes transactions across multiple sectors, including transit, transportation, and social infrastructure. Greg holds two bachelor degrees from Queen’s University (Life Science and Engineering), an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and is a CFA Charter Holder.
