CloseCarolyn (Kyung Eun) Lee is a Director at KPMG Korea with 12 years of experience in M&A advisory. She specializes in cross-border M&A and has provided M&A advisory service, including acquisitions, divestments, strategic and financial advice. She has worked with a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, PEs, and SMEs across sectors such as manufacturing, consumer goods, life sciences, and technology.
She is a graduate of Brown University with a BA in Economics.
EC Cho joined CVC in 2021. He is a member of the CVC South Korea team and based in Seoul.
Prior to joining, Eun Chol was a Director of the investment team at Hahn & Company. He also worked at Looxid Labs, Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology and Next Elite.
Eun Chol holds a master's degree in Materials Science & Engineering from MIT and a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.

At IMM, Joseph is responsible for investments in Korea and Asia and cooperating with Korean and international investors on fund and co-investment opportunities. Key sector focus for Joseph has been healthcare, media, technology-driven services and manufacturing, and consumer.
Previously, Joseph was with Fortress Investment Group in New York. Prior to joining Fortress, he was at Morgan Stanley’s New York office. Joseph served in the Republic of Korea Army as an officer and prior to that was an M&A attorney at Skadden, Arps in New York.
Joseph graduated from Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Charles Min joined Affinity Equity Partners in 2007 and is the Head of Affinity Equity Partners in Korea. Before joining Affinity, Charles spent four years in the Global Investment Research group at Goldman Sachs, covering the auto, steel and shipbuilding industries in Korea. Prior to that role, he worked at the corporate advisory department of Deloitte & Touche LLP, covering the North American TMT sector.
Charles received a Bachelor in Economics and International Relations from the University of British Columbia, and a Masters in Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder as well as a member of the CPA.
