The Mergermarket M&A Forum- Australia was successfully held in Sydney and online on the 16th of March. The event brought together over 600 participants including 145+ Corporate Investors from Australia and overseas, representing more than 315 different organizations from 20 geographies. The conference was kicked off with a keynote fireside chat with Stephen Ridgeway, Commissioner, ACCC and Allan Bulman, Chief Executive at the Australian Takeovers panel, and featured 35 speakers from leading organisations including who offered insights into various topics including cross-border M&A, energy transition, and Australian private equity.
