Martin graduated from Maastricht University with a Master of Science degree in International Business Studies.
During his studies he spent a term at Stern School of Business, NYU.
Martin started his career at a pan-European turnaround investor where he was involved in numerous M&A transactions.
At Serafin Group, he has been managing director co-leading the transactions team since 2018.
Alex Herrmann joined Credit Suisse in 2009 and is a Director in the bank’s Swiss Equity Capital Markets team, having worked both in Zurich and London.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
Jan Fuhr Miller, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Committee of PolyPeptide Group, is a Danish citizen born in 1970. Mr. Miller joined PolyPeptide Group as CFO in 2015 from CMC Biologics A/S (Copenhagen), an independent biologics contract manufacturing organization, where he served as Vice President, Finance. Prior to that, Mr. Miller served as Nordic Financial Leader at Honeywell A/S from 2012 to 2013. Between 2000 and 2011 he served as Director, Finance & Logistics, Director, Finance & Business Administration, Senior Manager, Business Information & Technology, Manager, Marketing Research and Manager, Business Operations at H. Lundbeck A/S. He started his career in 1998 at Colgate-Palmolive. Mr. Miller holds a Master of Science from the University of Aarhus, School of Management, Denmark and an MBA with concentration in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management, Illinois.
Vivek leads the Private Equity Services for EY in India. He leads a cross-functional team tasked with the coverage of EY India’s Private Equity (PE) and Venture Capital (VC) fund clients and their portfolio companies. Vivek is also engaged in various M&A deals and plays an important role in in building and maintaining relationships with large PE and VC funds.
He has over two decades of consulting and deal advisory experience across diverse sectors and market segments across Indian and international markets. His experience encompasses business restructuring, business development, management and leadership, debt financing, equity raising, private equity investing, new products development and structured finance. Vivek is part of a rare group of professionals who bring together a depth of experience across sell-side advisory, buy-side PE investing and on-ground operational experience of leading and scaling up a PE-backed services business in India.
Vivek holds an MBA from London Business School and is a Chartered Accountant.
