Amit worked from 2017 - 2024 as a lawyer in Berlin at Hengeler Mueller and in Chicago at Barnes & Thornburg, advising international technology and media companies in litigious and regulatory matters as well as M&A projects. He joined Aleph Alpha in 2024 as Associate General Counsel, where he is responsible for IP/IT, M&A, product compliance, and regulatory matters.
Stefan started his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2010 to 2015 and then acted as in-house counsel at Commerzbank AG from 2016 to 2019 with a focus on Commerzbank’s blockchain projects and the equities business carveout. In 2019, he joined Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners as General Counsel. He is also a board member of Deutsche Telekom Strategic Investments and Deutsche Telekom Venture Funds.
Annika advises on a broad range of M&A transactions and corporate law matters, including corporate reorganizations, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A transactions. Annika regularly works on both buy-side and sell-side (including auction proceedings) across various transaction structures like complex multi-jurisdictional M&A deals as well as carve-out and joint venture situations. Her clients include public and private corporates as well as private equity and sovereign wealth funds.
Henrik leads J.P. Morgan’s Technology Investment Banking efforts in Germany and has been with the firm since 2019. Previously, Henrik worked at Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division, also focused on transactions in the Technology sector.
Dr. Hans Jörg Stotz is leading the Digital Transformation Office of Robert Bosch GmbH since September 1, 2023. He is Senior Vice President of the Corporate Department for Strategy, Organization and Business Development. His responsibilities include corporate digital strategy, digital business & technology, as well as strategic partnerships of Robert Bosch GmbH.
Born in Albstadt, Germany in 1968, Jörg Stotz is married and has one son. He studied philosophy and art history at the Eberhard-Karls University Tübingen and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC. Jörg holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Tübingen since 1998. He lives in the Heidelberg area.
Before joining Bosch, Jörg was a member of the Executive Board at Festo Didactics SE and held several executive roles at SAP SE.
The Digital Transformation Office of Robert Bosch GmbH is supporting the Board of Management and the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) in developing and executing the digital strategy. By defining and executing key strategic digital initiatives and partner programs, it drives the digital transformation of Robert Bosch GmbH jointly with the business units.
