Cross-border M&A – Focus on Defence

Traditionally, the Nordics have been appealing for cross-border M&A thanks to the very efficient and transparent regulatory environments, the well-functioning legal systems and the entrepreneurship and innovation across several sectors. Given recent developments, our panel of speakers will focus their attention on the defence industry, which is undergoing a period of rapid transformation in the region, with Sweden uniquely positioned to play a critical role in shaping its future. As a newly inducted member of NATO and a signatory to the Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) with the US, Sweden is prepared to strengthen its defence capabilities through increased collaboration and integration.
