David is an Associate Partner with Aon and a member of the Aon Human Capital Advisory group. Based in New York City, he consults on a wide range of corporate transaction and transition activities. He has over 25 years of transactional consulting experience specializing in human capital consulting for pre and post merger integrations and divestitures across a broad group of industries.
David’s work includes management of human capital work streams for global acquisition and integration projects and international workforce planning initiatives. He also manages global divestitures and carveout, supporting the establishment of payroll and HRIS systems, legal entities, employee transfers, transition of compensation, benefit and other HR policies, plans and programs, labor and other transaction compliance matters.
Recent clients he has worked with include Siemens Energy, BASF, Novartis, ITT, Coca Cola, Sears, Accenture, Monsanto, Honeywell, FMC, Chemours. Eastman Chemicals
Prior to joining Aon, David served in a number of leadership roles at Mercer, Towers Watson and PWC. He started his career as a large group underwriter.
Nick has been working with Aon’s lead Private Equity clients since joining Aon’s M&A team in 2011. Starting in New York as an insurance due diligence project manager, he is now based in London leading our Transaction Advisory Services practice across EMEA. In addition to this he co-leads our complex carve-out team. The team focuses on large complex deals which require a strict process and creative solutions to bring as much value as possible to the client. Previously Nick ran the Portfolio solutions team which helped private equity firms deliver value across their portfolio.
