  • Davis Polk claimed the top ranking on the Leveraged Loans Borrowers' Legal Counsel League Table.
  • Cahill achieved the top ranking on the Leveraged Loans Lead Banks' Legal Counsel League Table.

All rankings are based on data submitted to Debtwire Par. Loans will be classified as Leveraged if the purpose of the transaction is a leveraged buyout, management buy-out or a sponsor to sponsor buyout.
