"Private Banking Head in Mediobanca, working in finance and banking sector for more than 20 years , I love facing new challenges with determination, using the skills I have learned working in finance sector, especially in Wealth Management.
My actions are led by the will to achieve set goals and the convinction that portfolio management concerns also the human side.
The experience reached in both national and international organizations together with the deep knowledge of finance sector combined with analytical and problem solving skills, allow me to deeply understand the costumer needs in order to find with them the most effective solutions. In this sense we try to consider not only the final goals, but also the values within the whole project.
The many challenges I faced during my work experience have been an incentive to look behind and to aim high, in order to act strategically and to value each talent."
