No smoking regulations:
According to the Regulations of <<Beijing On Smoking Control>> smoking is prohibited in hotels, including but not limited to guest rooms, conference rooms, banquets or any multi-function rooms. 

The organizer should inform participants of the above no-smoking policy. The hotel reserves the right to stop and take necessary measures if any participant violates the non-smoking rule. At the same time, if the violation of the smoking ban results in administrative punishment or any loss to the hotel, the organizer shall be liable for compensation. The organizer will also bear the cost of cleaning.
