Leader of KPMG’s Asset Management and Private Equity sectors across Asia Pacific
Andrew has over 35 years of experience (include 23 as a partner) with KPMG principally focused on Private Equity M&A deals in multiple major locations including London, New York, Sydney and Singapore
Highlights of his professional and industrial experience include:
- Andrew has acted as Lead Partner for KPMG on more than 900 significant deals with an aggregate deal value of more than $400 billion. He has led many of the most complex and demanding projects KPMG has been involved with in Asia over the last twenty years.
- Extensive experience in M&A deals, value creation pre and post deal, and ultimately exit by sale or IPO.
- Andrew has advised on major deals for virtually every Tier 1 Global Private Equity investor
- Andrew has held many senior KPMG leadership roles including leading the Deal Advisory business for over ten years, and board and governance roles
- Andrew has led our Private Equity and Institutional Investor business for many years including as Lead Partner for two of the largest global Sovereign Investors.
Winston is a Managing Director and Head of ASEAN at Affirma Capital. He currently manages a team of 6 investment professionals, covering Southeast Asia with permanent offices across Singapore and Indonesia. Winston currently sits on the boards of 8 of Affirma Capital’s ASEAN portfolio companies. He is a seasoned private equity investor and investment banker with almost 20 years of investing, transaction and strategic value creation experience.
Winston first joined Affirma Capital’s predecessor firm, Standard Chartered Private Equity (SCPE) in 2015. Prior to SCPE, Winston was based in Deutsche Bank Australia’s Investment Banking Group and played a key part role in leading the Utilities and Infrastructure practice, where he advised, structured and executed over USD 60bn of M&A, equity, debt and structured solutions both within Australia and those with cross-border angles.
Winston holds a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace) / Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) from RMIT University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Omar is the Managing Director and Country Head for the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand at Creador.
He sits on the boards of Dali, Asialink and Angkas in the Philippines.
He specializes in identifying investment opportunities and expanding Creador's presence across Southeast Asia. With 15 years of experience at HSBC, including roles in global banking and specialized finance, Omar brings a wealth of international expertise from roles across Europe and Asia. He is a qualified barrister, holding degrees in Law and Finance.
He is also responsible for fundraising at Creador and managing the firms’ new investors.
Amit is the Managing Partner at Growtheum Capital Partners. Previously, Amit was the Managing Director and Head of Direct Investment Group, Southeast Asia, at GIC where he led private equity investments in Southeast Asia. Amit was also an Investment Committee Member at GIC's Private Equity group and co-led the ASEAN Business Group. Prior to GIC, he was in the Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York and Singapore.
Colin Dunne is a Partner based in the Singapore office. He leads the Singapore team in making, monitoring and exiting investments and sits on the Boards of Directors and Executive Committees of several Navis portolio companies. Colin is also a member of the Navis investment commitee.
Prior to joining Navis, Colin was an investment professional at Warburg Pincus. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking and in operations as an engineer. Colin graduated from University of Galway with a Bachelor of Engineering and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
