Neil joined IQ-EQ in November 2017, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in the financial services sector. As the Regional Chief Commercial Officer for APAC, Neil plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the region's commercial and segment strategy. His responsibilities include devising growth plans, go-to-market approaches, and cultivating a unified commercial and sales culture across Asia.
In addition to his strategic role, Neil serves as a key client relationship manager, overseeing a dedicated portfolio of Real Estate and Private Equity clients. In 2020, recognising the burgeoning demand for real estate funds and investment vehicles in the Asia-Pacific region, Neil made the strategic move to Singapore. This further solidified IQ-EQ's support for existing real estate clients and enhanced the company's presence in the region.
Neil has an impressive track record of over 15 years, marked by international experience and a deep understanding of a diverse range of fund clients and asset classes. His commitment to excellence extends beyond IQ-EQ. Neil serves on the executive committee of the Singapore Fund Administration Association, contributes to various committees of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) and Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA), and serves as a voting member for Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV).
Xiang Li is a Principal in CPP Investments’ Credit Investments Department, based in Hong Kong. He focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and managing credit investments across the Asia Pacific region. He is a member of the APAC Credit Investment Committee.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2015, Xiang worked at the Investment Banking Department of UBS AG, servicing clients in the industrials sector in Asia.
Xiang holds a Hon. Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto.
Sujey Subramanian is the Head of Asia-Pacific Corporate at ICG, a global alternative asset manager with US$127B in AUM. The Asia-Pacific Corporate investment strategy is ICG’s oldest and largest program in the Asia-Pacific region focused on providing capital solutions to founders and management teams in the region. The strategy has investment teams on the ground in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul and Sydney. Mr. Subramanian was previously the Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Head of Southeast Asia at PAG Asia Capital, the flagship private equity strategy of PAG. Earlier in his career he was at TPG Capital and Merrill Lynch. He graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University and is a Singaporean citizen and based in Singapore.
SJ Lim (Singapore) joined KKR in 2019 and is the Head and Portfolio Manager of Asia Private Credit. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Lim spent 13 years at Credit Suisse where he was responsible for the private financing business in Southeast Asia, India and Australia, which spanned corporate loans, leveraged finance, structure credit and share financing for corporates and ultra high net worth counterparties. Mr. Lim holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a first class honors in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Anshuman Malur brings nearly 25 years of international financial expertise to his role as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RMB Capitalworks. Under his leadership, the firm has pioneered a hybrid solutions model in India, offering bespoke growth capital to mid-sized companies across the Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors. Before RMBCW, Anshuman’s career spanned roles at DMI Finance in India, Morgan Stanley in the UK, and the World Bank in Washington DC. He is an alumnus of the School of Planning and Architecture (B.Arch), Princeton University (MPA) and the London Business School (MBA).
