Ryan Terpstra is the Chief Product Officer of ION Analytics and the former Chief Technology Officer of Acuris. Prior to that, he was the Founder & CEO of Selerity, an AI-powered contextual search and analytics company, until its successful sale to Dealogic, an ION Analytics company. Before Selerity, Terpstra held several senior roles at Thomson Reuters, including Director of Quantitative News and Senior Strategist in the Corporate Strategy group. Terpstra also worked for the World Economic Forum in the Center for Global Industries, where he worked on projects for the Forum's financial services and alternative investment members. He was recognized as a New York Power 30 Under 30 and holds a B.A. in Finance & Entrepreneurship, graduating with honors from Miami University (Ohio).

Jeffrey Klein Managing Director, Private Equity Performance Group Alvarez & Marsal

Mr. Klein has deep expertise developing and executing investment thesis-aligned 100-day IT plans and executing mission critical initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience delivering IT governance and strategy projects and financial reporting, Mr. Klein’s unique background encompasses public accounting, operations and technology. He has led multiple IT and applications strategies (rationalization, selection, implementation and remediation) focused on financial applications, ERP, HRMS, CRM, portal, custom development, and cross-system reporting and integration.

Mr. Klein also brings extensive experience in financial reporting engagements focused on improving executive information and expanding managerial reporting (analysis, forecasting and consolidation); order to cash, procure to pay and inventory management engagements focused on process improvements, increased controls and enhanced use of technology; and flash reporting and managerial reporting for private equity investors focused on speed, accuracy, control and automation.

Mr. Klein has significant expertise with M&A-related engagements focusing on accounting applications, accounting processes and IT due diligence, post-merger integration and IT staff rationalization. He has extensive experience as well with PMO’s focused on large-scale application development and rollout, change management and organizational restructuring.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Klein was a Director with the Technology Risk practice at Protiviti, focused on IT operations, IT diligence and large-scale project assessment and management. Previously, he worked with Deloitte Consulting, focusing on ERP and CRM implementations. He was also a member of with the CIO Services practice of Deloitte, assisting helping senior IT executives craft and execute business changing initiatives.

Prior to Civitas, Will was CTO of GLG, the world’s largest expert network, where search and AI power matching experts with clients to solve pressing business problems. Prior to GLG, Will was EVP of Technology for Demand Media, a pioneer in AI content generation, creating demand driven models to decide which content to write, and where to host it to maximize ad revenue.

Sean Arp Chief Operating Officer University of Wisconsin Foundation (UWF) Investments

Sean Arp serves as Chief Operating Officer of UWF Investments, overseeing investment operations, analytics, reporting, technology, personnel, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining UWF in 2022, Sean spent eight years at Washington University in St. Louis Investment Management Company (WUIMC) where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Before WUIMC he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Temujin Fund Management and a Director at Thales Fund Management.

William Tice Partner Pollen Street Capital

William is a partner of Pollen Street Capital and joined the team in June 2022. William has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, with extensive experience in credit, special situations, and private equity.

Prior to joining Pollen Street, William was the President of Vida Capital, where he focused on insurance risk and special situation investment opportunities. Prior to Vida, William served in senior business development roles at Siguler Guff, Q Investments and The Blackstone Group. In addition, William was a management consultant at The Parthenon Group, and a U.S. Government Bond trader at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette.

William earned a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College, and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Ralph DeBernardo Partner & Head of Investor Relations Sapphire Ventures

Ralph is a Partner and Head of Investor Relations for Sapphire Ventures, where he is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s investor communications and capital-raising activities. Ralph works across all of Sapphire’s strategies (Ventures, Sport and Partners) to deliver the firm’s capabilities and develop long-term partnerships with its limited partners throughout the world.

Ralph has broad experience working with investors both in the U.S. and internationally, including large institutional investors, family offices, HNW individuals, wealth management platforms and consultants. Prior to joining Sapphire, Ralph was the Head of Investor Relations at Peak Rock Capital, a leading middle-market private equity, credit and real estate investment firm based in Austin, TX. At Peak Rock, Ralph worked with some of the largest institutional limited partners in the world. Prior to Peak Rock, Ralph was a member of the Investor Relations Team at Vista Equity Partners, where he was responsible for raising capital and managing investor relationships across all investor types and geographies and product management across Vista’s credit strategies. Prior to that, Ralph was with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR) in the Client & Partner Group, working across the firm’s alternative product suite and helping to manage some of the firm’s largest strategic relationships. Ralph began his career at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in New York City.

Ralph holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University, where he was also a member of the varsity football team. He has called Austin, TX, home since 2017, along with his wife, Kaitlyn, and two young kiddos.

Phillip Cunningham Vice President, Strategic Development and Investor Relations PeakSpan Capital

Phillip has partnered with software entrepreneurs and management teams as an operator, investor and advisor throughout his career. He leads PeakSpan’s Strategic Development Program to assist portfolio companies in exit preparedness and Investor Relations efforts where he manages stakeholder communications. Prior to his current role, he served at Cloudbeds (a PeakSpan portfolio company) as Head of Corporate Development where he led the Company’s $150M Series-D financing and three acquisitions. Previously he worked as an investment team member (PeakSpan Fund I and Fund II) after advising late-stage software companies at Goldman TMT San Francisco and serving as an Air Force Officer. Phillip holds a B.S. in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.B.A from New York University. Mallory Baker Head of Investor Relations and Business Development Presidio Investors

Mallory Baker is the Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Presidio Investors. In this role, she is responsible for all existing and prospective Limited Partner relationships, and she manages all investment opportunity sourcing at the firm. In addition, Mallory oversees the firm’s ESG and DEI initiatives across the firm and portfolio.

Prior to Presidio, Mallory was in Capital Introduction at Wells Fargo, where she led the group’s emerging manager practice and was responsible for helping start-up and emerging hedge fund managers raise institutional capital.

Previously, she was a senior member of the Business Development team at Point72 Asset Management, where she managed the identification and evaluation process of all portfolio managers within the firm’s two largest equity long/short sectors, as well as of all the firm’s diversifying strategies.

Mallory began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she was in the prime brokerage business in roles across the Sales, Consulting, and Capital Introduction teams. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is a CAIA charterholder.
