Grant Thornton’s Financial Due Diligence team has continued to achieve growth with an increase in both deal volume and value into 2024. Distinguishing ourselves by combining our specialist diligence expertise with our deep sector knowledge to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Our regional presence means we are positioned to work closely with deal teams across the UK whilst leveraging an international network of 149+ markets.
Our focus is providing real insight, providing a greater depth of understanding in our interactions whilst leading with a senior team across all transactions. We take a client first approach, bringing a partner and director-led engagement team that utilises the latest data analytics software to ensure robust investment rationales on every transaction.
A growing source of work in 23/24 comes from PE houses who have received our VDD reports through sell-side processes.
