  1. The enclosed information will only be used for internal calculations regarding the Debtwire European Direct Lending Awards 2026 and will not be utilised for any other purposes or distributed.
  2. Please only enter closed‑end funds.
  3. All figures should be reported on a basis consistent with information provided to LPs (net of fees and expenses, using standard definitions applied by the manager).
