Sullivan & Cromwell again topped the Mergermarket legal advisory league table having advised on USD 303.5 billion worth of M&A deals via 132 deals. Kirkland & Ellis came second switching places with Latham and Watkins having placed in third place in the first half of 2023.
By deal count, Goodwin Procter continued to dominate from first half of 2023, having worked on 567 transactions, followed by DLA Piper on 491 and Kirkland & Ellis on 462 deals.
