Mergermarket, the world’s leading news and intelligence service for mergers & acquisitions, announced the winners of its Japan M&A Awards 2022 on 16 September 2022.

The Japan M&A Awards recognise financial and legal advisory excellence in Japan-related deals and are based on analysis of Mergermarket’s league table data, with input from an independent judging panel of ten industry experts and three professionals from ION Analytics. Over 20 prizes were awarded for creative advisory work on complex transactions during the time period of 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022. The Japan M&A Awards will return to Tokyo in 2023.
