This award is open to debt advisory firms that have advised on leverage at either the GP or the portfolio level (LBO financing or refinancing) involving the UK private equity market within the qualifying period of July 2024 to June 2025. Firms may be headquartered outside the UK but must have played a significant role in UK-related deals.
