Legal Advisor of the Year (Transactions)

This award is open to law firms that have advised on transactions involving the UK private equity market within the qualifying period of July 2024 to June 2025. Firms may be headquartered outside the UK but must have played a demonstrable role in UK-related deals.

This year, for the first time, the submissions process for this category will be led by Mergermarket’s League Tables data. We will be inviting the top advisors, based on our criteria, to reconcile their data; however, we will not award solely based on the biggest and highest deal flow. Invited applicants should expect to provide one case study on how they have provided innovative advice to a client.
Mergermarket’s team will start reaching out to firms for the week commencing June 23. If your firm has not been contacted within two weeks of this date and you feel like you have a worthy submission, please contact Rachel Lewis.
