Mid-Market Exit of the Year

This award recognises exits of UK-based companies that were mid-market upon entry within the qualifying period of July 2024 to June 2025.

Questions

  1. Deal and GP name
  2. Executive summary – 250 words max.
  3. Describe how you won the original deal, how you supported the company through value creation, and how you prepared it for exit. This should include how the portfolio company’s revenue, EBITDA, and staff base changed in your holding period. – 550 words max.
  4. Entry value (preferably GBP but please state if deal was based on alternative currency).
  5. Exit value (preferably GBP but please state if deal was based on alternative currency).
  6. EV/EBITDA multiple on entry
  7. EV/EBITDA multiple on exit
  8. Returns (IRR and money multiple)

You don’t have to complete the form in one go.
