Private Credit Lender of the Year

This award recognises direct lenders and their contributions to the UK private equity industry within the qualifying period of July 2024 to June 2025. Firms may be headquartered outside the UK but must have played a demonstrable role in UK-related deals.

2. Describe in detail one case study where your firm offered financing to a sponsor-backed, UK-based company. This should show how the issuer and private equity house benefitted and how your practice or offering has adapted during the judging period to deal with market conditions. – 550 words max.
3. What is your team’s ‘sweet spot’ and capacity for funding UK deals? How has this changed in the last 12 months? – 200 words max.
4. How many deals (LBO financing and refinancing) did you work on during the judging period in the UK? – Numerical answer only.

7. What percentage change does this represent on the same criteria from the year prior? – Numerical answer only.
