Realised Fund of the Year

This award recognises private equity funds that have been fully realised in the qualifying period of July 2024 to June 2025 with outsized returns at the fund level. Funds should be domiciled or headquartered in the UK and take equity positions that align with a private equity return profile. The judges are not looking for submissions predominantly deployed in other asset classes of real estate, venture capital, infrastructure and private credit.

Questions

1. Executive summary – 250 words max.
2. Name the GP, the Fund and the vintage
3. Briefly describe the fund's strategy and whether this has changed in more recent vintages.
4. List all portfolio companies of the fund and elucidate on the strongest exit from the vehicle, including return figures and exit dynamics.
5. Describe in detail one case study where your firm supported one of the UK-based portfolio companies through a challenging period, as well as support it through value creation (if current) and to prepare for exit.
6. Final IRR of fund
7. Final DPI of fund
