Andreas Bösenberg has been active in the international private equity industry for more than 24 years. He started his career at 3i. Since 2000 he was responsible for leading and setting up various private equity investment teams in the small-mid market segment and was jointly responsible for over Euro 2bn of invested capital in Europe. Also, he successfully assisted many portfolio companies during their transformation and growth phase and exited several of them in international IPOs and trade sales. In May 2018 Andreas was appointed as managing director of NORD Holding an asset manager with over 3bn Euro of AUM where he focuses on transformational investments in the German speaking region with a sector specific sourcing approach.
Donatus Albrecht is a Partner of AURELIUS Investment Advisory.
After studying economics at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Donatus worked in the Corporate Development Department of Deutsche Bahn AG and for the German venture capital investor Pricap.
Donatus has continuously built-up AURELIUS with its partners since 2005 and has overseen more than 125 acquisitions, exits and IPOs to date.
Dr. Jochen Brellochs is Partner at DPE, focussing on the lower mid-market, sustainability and technology. He has been a private equity investor for over 16 years, prior to DPE as Co-Founder/Partner of an investment company and at Gimv. He has accompanied numerous transactions and actively supported companies as a member of various non-executive boards. Dr. Jochen Brellochs studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and completed his doctorate in corporate governance at the Technical University of Berlin.
Laura Rusu is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rosedge Capital AG. Rosedge Capital is a Pan-European debt advisory firm based in Switzerland and created in April 2020. Before starting Rosedge, Laura worked in Private Equity at Jacobs Holding, based in Zurich. Prior to this, she developed direct private debt experience with Park Square Capital, in London. Laura graduated from the Grande Ecole program at HEC Paris.
Tancrede is a Partner at Park Square Capital, based in Frankfurt. Prior to joining Park Square in 2014, Tancrede worked in leveraged finance at UBS Investment Bank. Tancrede holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering from ICHEC and graduated from the London School of Economics with a Masters in Management.
Matthias joined Rivean Capital in 2012. He established the office in Frankfurt in 2019. In the past thirteen years, he has actively accompanied and advised on numerous Rivean Capital investments in DACH/Europe. The focus is on owner-managed medium-sized companies. Amongst other things, Matthias is currently advising on Rivean’s recent signing Perbility GmbH, one of the leading HCM software providers in Germany, Dataciders GmbH, one of the leading providers of data analytics services in Germany, Green Mobility Holding (GMH), one of Europe’s leading technology-based (e-)bike leasing groups and ]init[ AG for digital communication. Prior to Rivean Capital, Matthias worked for Intermediate Capital Group, focusing on special situations and mezzanine financing solutions. From 2002 to 2008 Matthias worked at Goldman Sachs International in London. Matthias holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Information Technology from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel (Germany).
Jules Domenichini has 20+ years of experience in special situations and distressed transactions. He focuses on companies facing financial, operational, or shareholder-driven challenges. With a track record of over 60 transactions exceeding EUR 15bn in value, Jules specializes in navigating distress, restructuring, carve-outs, and underperformance to unlock value. He started his career at Arthur Andersen/EY, where he qualified as an accountant. He holds a Master’s in Economics from Université de Neuchâtel, an MBA from Manchester Business School, and has studied Strategic Negotiations at Harvard Business School. He was a Senior Lecturer in Financial Analysis at SciencesPo. Paris. Fluent in French, English, Italian, and German, Jules brings a cross-border perspective to special situations investing

Philipp Sterkel is a Managing Partner at Hypax, a Berlin and London based investment firm specialised in corporate carve-outs in the lower mid-market.
Prior to Hypax, he was an Investment Director at CMP Capital Management-Partners in Berlin, and a Principal at Aurelius in Munich.
Mr. Sterkel started his career in M&A at J.P. Morgan in London.
He has studied at University of Mannheim and ESCP Business School
Thomas joined BC Partners in 2015. He is a Managing Director in the Private Equity team based in London.
Previously, Thomas worked at Lazard, where he focused on M&A advisory in the retail, consumer, and real estate sectors.

Dominik P. Felsmann joined Tikehau Capital in March 2021 as Head of Germany. Dominik brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Tikehau Capital, he was Head of Leveraged Finance Germany for ABN AMRO, where he was responsible for building and leading the local Leveraged Finance team since 2017. He previously worked for IKB, HSBC and Commerzbank in their leveraged finance and sponsor coverage teams in Frankfurt and London.
