Adam Kostyál is Senior Vice President of Listing Services, Europe. In addition to Nasdaq Nordic Exchanges, where there are more than 800 companies listed, Adam is also responsible for the more than 120 European companies that are either primarily listed or dual listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market in the U.S.
He started his career at OMX as a Sales Director, and then became Head of the Strategic Initiative Groups in 2006. Most recently, as Vice President of Market Technology Sales, he was responsible for sales, account management, and business development for the Eastern and Western Europe.
Adam has held various positions with Enron, Cell Network and Bloomberg. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from Vrije Universiteit de Bruxelles and speaks four languages — English, Swedish, Italian and French.
Alice Larsen joined Chr. Hansen in 2016 as Corporate Vice President, Human Resources. In December 2022, Ms. Larsen was granted the title of Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining Chr. Hansen, Ms. Larsen was the founder and owner of the New Day Company – a consulting firm located in Zurich and Copenhagen focusing on organizational transformation and development. Before founding New Day Company Ms. Larsen spent 4 years with Barry Callebaut AG as Head of Global Human Resources in Zürich, Switzerland. Prior to that, Ms. Larsen spent 6 years with Novo Nordisk as Vice President of Human Resources Region Europe, Brussels, Belgium/Zürich, Switzerland and Int’l Human Resource Consultant, Copenhagen, Denmark.
Anders Malmström works with M&A, real estate transactions, private equity and general corporate matters. He has a large experience in Swedish and multi-jurisdictional transactions and fund structuring.
Anders is chairman of the board at DLA Piper Sweden KB, and heads the DLA Pipers corporate group in Sweden as well as in the Nordics.
Anders is also chairman of the board of Ramundberget Alpina AB, Digital Inn AB, Good To Great Tennis AB and board member of KL Fastighet AB.
Azfar heads the ESG Strategy & Deals practice within PwC Sweden and brings over 20 years of experience as an investment professional from Stockholm, London and New York. He is experienced in leading transactional due diligences for the largest Private Equity funds in the Nordics.

Previous to Supernormal, he led product and ML teams in social and fintech companies including Meta and Klarna. At Meta, he ran search (discover tab) for Instagram. In his fintech days, he joined the Swedish rocket ship Klarna for easier payments on the web.

Elin has a broad experience of leading positions in investor relations, sustainability and communication, and has applied this within Private Equity, Financial Services, IT and Media sectors. Having throughout her career worked almost exclusively to drive sustainable transformation, Elin brought extensive experience from integrating ESG across the full investment cycle and supporting companies in setting the sustainability agenda. Before joining Nordic Capital she worked as Head of Corporate Communications at the listed investment company Ratos, as Marketing and Communications Director at Bisnode and before that in leading positions within industries including IT, Financial Services and Media. Elin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Electronics and Media Technology from Umeå university and additional studies in Business Administration.
Erik Tregaard is a Managing Director and Co-head of Nordic Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley where he has worked since 2007. He joined the Corporate Finance Department of Warburg Dillon Read in 1999.

Jan is the CEO of the Nordic Region. He joined Deutsche Bank in 1988 and has worked in mainstream M&A execution and structured finance, and since 1996 in Corporate Finance.
Based in London, Jan covers some of our largest corporates and financial institutions in the Nordic region. He has been involved in many high profile M&A transactions, IPO’s and capital raisings in the Nordic region, where Deutsche Bank has a very strong presence.
Jan is also Chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in London, a Board member of the Swedish Bankers’ Association, and Chairman of the Foreign Bankers’ Association in Stockholm.
Jan received an MBA from Wharton, a MA from the University of Pennsylvania where he also attended the Lauder Institute, a BA from Pomona College and a Graduate Diploma from the London School of Economics.
Johan is a Partner focusing on private equity. Johan has more than 10 years of professional experience in private equity. Prior to joining Trill Impact, he spent about nine years at Nordic Capital, most recently as an Investment Director. He has further experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, London, and he has also been a board member of a number of private companies.
Johan is currently a board member of the following Trill Impact portfolio companies: Nordomatic; ILT Education; and European ID Security.
Johan holds a M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Johan joined CapMan Buyout in 2016 as a partner and was in 2017 designated co-managing partner. He has extensive experience from Nordic mid-cap private equity investments. Prior to joining CapMan, Johan spent ten years as an investment professional with Ratos, where his main responsibilities included assessment and completion of numerous acquisitions and active management of several of Ratos’ investments in various sectors. At Ratos, Johan was responsible for one fourth of the investment organization and a member of the group following-up new investment opportunities on a weekly basis. Prior to Ratos, Johan served as management consultant at Arthur D. Little, where his focus was strategy development and operational improvement projects in a wide variety of industries internationally.
Johan is leading the M&A practice within PwC Sweden and is part of PwC's global corporate finance network. He has been in the business for more than 25 years focusing on domestic and international transactions having advised numerous clients in different sectors.
Karin Lagerstedt Woolford is the CEO and co-founder of People Horizon AB, a consulting firm focused on developing clients’ core businesses from the people dimension. In parallel, she is partner in the global consulting network Management Alignment Partners GmbH. She is member of the Customer Board of Skandia AB and member of the Nomination Committee to the Board of Directors of Skandia AB. Prior to returning to the management consulting industry, she held the position as CHRO in listed and P/E-owned companies, such as Intrum AB, Eltel AB and Ovako AB. She has a background from management consulting from EY and Capgemini.
Konrad is a Partner M&A Transaction Services Leader for Mercer's International Region. He has more than 18 years of experience developing and executing business strategy. Konrad works closely with senior executives at multinational clients and private equity firms on a variety of People issues. He has particular expertise in: Advise on Mergers & Acquisitions, Rewards pooling and financing, synergy realization and culture. In addition advises on the implications of Digitization, the Future of Work and the Workforce, People and HR Strategy in the context of Transactions.
Magnus leads the Transactional Risk insurance practice in the Nordics and is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Prior to the formation of the merged Marsh JLT Specialty in 2019 (subsequently Marsh Specialty), Magnus was a Partner with legacy JLT’s Northern Europe M&A team after +7 years at a leading Swedish law firm advising clients in connection with M&A and corporate transactions and as in-house corporate legal counsel at blue chip multinational Husqvarna Group.
Marianne Ramel is experienced in a broad range of debt and equity finance transactions, particularly in project finance (including public-private partnership), real estate finance and acquisition finance. Marianne has represented a wide range of finance providers (including sovereigns) and borrowers. Marianne is also active within the firm’s Corporate group.
Marianne is head of the China desk in Sweden, and is experienced in cross-border transactions, with a particular emphasis on the Chinese market. Having worked and studied in various periods in China since 1988, Marianne has given advice on some of the largest foreign investments in China, as well as on outbound Chinese investments. Marianne advises Nordic companies in achieving their strategic and commercial plans in China, as well as Chinese companies investing in the Nordic region.
As Sales Manager for the Nordic market, Mark is focused on empowering professionals to leverage technology with complete control and confidence.
Including 7 years with Intralinks, he has 24 years of experience within financial print, Virtual Data Rooms and other enterprise software companies.
Mathias Berggren heads the private equity group in Sweden and is a corporate practitioner with a focus on M&A, private equity, venture and growth capital transactions. Mathias has developed a particularly strong reputation for his work on major transactions in the technology, media and industrials sectors. Mathias has in particular also a track-record for complex cross-boarder transactions, spin-offs and carve-outs. Mathias is regularly in the top of Mergermarket’s individual league table in relation to deal volume in Europe.
Morten is currently responsible for J.P. Morgan's view on the Scandinavian economies as Vice President and Scandinavian Chief Economist based in London.
Previosuly Morten was Senior Economist at Nordea and was responsible for developing and presenting macroeconomic and financial forecasts - primarily for the Nordic economies.
Nicholas Lerche-Gredal is a partner in the Corporate M&A group and is highly experienced and specialized within cross-border private and public M&A and capital markets transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, restructurings and spin-offs.
He advises on all phases of the transaction and investment process, including all aspects of structuring of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, incentive schemes, shareholder matters and W&I insurance and is experienced within the venture debt space.
Furthermore, Nicholas also advises on capital markets matters, including public M&A transactions, initial public offerings (IPOs) and rights issues, corporate bonds, securities law, general disclosure requirements, verification processes and corporate governance.
Salla Tuominen’s practice includes capital markets, public takeovers and other domestic and cross-border M&A transactions involving both public and private corporations. She is also experienced in advising on, and negotiating venture capital and private equity transactions. She actively participates in startup ecosystem and advises both startup companies and investors. Salla also has experience of a wide variety of banking and finance work and financial regulatory issues.
Salla has in-depth knowledge of corporate governance and compliance. She is experienced in advising clients in various ESG matters such as, business and human rights. Salla represents our Nordic offices in DLA Piper's Sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance steering group. She is also Helsinki office's responsible pro bono partner and representative of Iris, DLA Piper’s LGBT+ network.
Siren has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity transactions and re-organizations, assisting Norwegian and international companies (listed and non-listed) with legal advice, especially within the renewable energy sector and in infrastructure transactions.
She also assists in general with energy law and corporate law advice to clients and has a great deal of experience as project leader in complex transactions, both national and international. Siren also has experience from VAT advice in Deloitte.
Staffan joined Verdane’s Stockholm office in 2006, after leaving Enkatsu Solutions, of which he was co-founder and CEO. At Enkatsu Solutions, he acquired venture capital in three rounds and set up a sales organisation with exports to 15 countries.
At Verdane, Staffan focuses on the software and e-commerce sectors. He has been active in the acquisition of a number of portfolios and currently holds positions on the boards of serveral e-commerce holdings.
Education: Staffan holds an MBA from the University of Linköping (Sweden). He has studied computer programming at the Linköping Institute of Technology, business at the University PMF (France) and has completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
Yogesh Singh has an illustrious track record of advising clients on M&A, private equity, and corporate finance transactions. He has acted for international corporations, funds, and investors on several marque transactions. Yogesh actively advises foreign and Indian clients on structuring and corporate aspects of their India operations/investments, including compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and strategic employment matters. In the last seven years,
Yogesh has been intensely involved in distressed asset transactions including some first-of-their-kind restructurings/ settlements, fintech, technology, and Defence (contracting, offsets, investment, and policy) matters. In terms of sectors, Yogesh focuses on financial services, ecommerce, TMT, fintech, edutech, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, Defence, and hospitality.
Yogesh has advised several international companies on their entry strategy and the Indian regulatory framework with Europe as a focused market. Given his involvement in cutting edge and complex transactions, he has been invited to make policy advocacy representations at various government interactions as well as to conduct trainings for senior judges and senior management of corporations.
