HY bond issuance in 2022 totaled USD 96.5bn (430bn in 2021 - a 77% decrease YoY) via 117 transactions.
Kirkland & Ellis ranked No.1 in the North America HY Bonds Issuers' Legal Counsel League Table, taking around 37% market share by volume.
Cahill Gordon & Reindel topped the North America HY Bonds Managers' Legal Counsel League Table, obtaining roughly 31% market share by volume.
