All rankings are based on data submitted to Debtwire Par. Loans will be classified as Leveraged based on a weighting of senior debt rating (BB+/Ba1 or lower) and current pricing level (Libor+200 or higher). In a case with an unrated borrower, pricing will be the determining factor. If pricing is not applicable to the current market trends, leverage levels may be considered on a deal-by-deal basis. Middle market is defined as up to USD 150m of funded debt and up to USD 300m of unfunded debt. Total combined funded and unfunded debt cannot exceed a combined USD 300m.For more details on our criteria or any other query please contact us a loans@iongroup.com.
