Tom is a corporate partner in the Paul Weiss' Mergers & Acquisitions Group with a focus on complex digital infrastructure transactions. He advises investors, telecommunications and technology businesses on commercial and regulatory matters, M&A transactions and financing transactions.

Tom has deep experience advising global private equity funds, infrastructure funds, credit funds, public companies and commercial banks on high-profile, cross-border digital infrastructure transactions, including novel transactions in the telecom and satellite industries. Deals have included network infrastructure separations, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, fiber network expansions and developments, and complex technology transactions.

Rishi Patel is a Managing Director of I Squared Capital, leading infrastructure credit investments in North America. 

Rishi has over fourteen years of investment experience and has invested across the capital structure including high yield corporate and asset backed credit opportunities. He joined I Squared Capital from Upwell, a private global asset manager focused on investing in platforms in renewables, water, and digital infrastructure, where he served as a Principal on the investment team. 

Before joining Upwell, Rishi worked in Deutsche Bank’s Transportation, Infrastructure, and Energy Financing Group, where he was a Vice President working on special situation investments. During his tenure at Deutsche Bank, Rishi structured and executed opportunities globally, across the capital structure in various renewable, power, infrastructure, telecom, oil and gas, shipping, and aviation sector opportunities. 

Earlier in his career, Rishi worked as an Investment Analyst at Macquarie in the Distressed Debt and Special Situations Trading group. He was also an Analyst and member of the investment committee at the activist hedge fund Barington Capital. He began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leverage Finance Group, focused on natural resources and digital infrastructure. 

Rishi holds a B.S. from the NYU Stern School of Business where he graduated with Honors. He has also been a guest speaker at NYU Stern Center of Sustainable Business

Christopher Ruppel is Senior Vice President - Power at Keel Infrastructure, where he leads power strategy and development for digital infrastructure and AI compute. Chris brings more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of power, capital markets, and infrastructure development. He began his career as a municipal bond investment banker covering the electric utility sector, advising on capital markets transactions for power assets. He went on to found and lead a resource-recovery platform that developed and operated waste-to-energy cogeneration projects for the U.S. Department of Defense. Most recently, as Head of Energy Development at MARA Holdings, he helped shape the company's power-first strategy for large-scale compute, including behind-the-meter generation, onsite power, and AI/data center energy development.

A graduate of Yale University, magna cum laude, Chris has been a guest lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management and is a frequent commentator on Bloomberg. He speaks regularly on the convergence of AI, power markets, data centers, and infrastructure capital, and is the editor of Digital Power Weekly, Keel Infrastructure's market commentary on the power-and-compute industrial complex.

Anthony leads development and M&A activities. With more than 15 years of experience across the energy sector, he was responsible for nearly 15 GW of development-stage project acquisitions and worked on over 9 GW of projects in operation or under construction. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of energy development—enabling him to effectively navigate regulatory, financial, and operational risks and opportunities. Anthony combines sharp market insight with strategic instinct and focused execution to advance development portfolios and acquisition opportunities.

Michael Coleman is a Managing Director at Wafra where he focuses on real assets and infrastructure investments. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including origination, transaction execution and asset management.

Michael currently serves on the boards for Ascension FBO Network, the Hinckley Company, Intermountain Infrastructure Group, Beyond Data Centers, Mission Clean Energy, and Crescent Louisiana Midstream.

Previously, he worked at American Infrastructure Funds where he focused on middle market infrastructure strategies across various industries. Mr. Coleman started his career with the Energy & Power investment banking team at Wells Fargo Securities and earned a BA in Economics from Yale University.
