James Dodsworth is Global Head of our Data Center Group, Global Co-Head of our Infrastructure Industry Group, and a partner based in London.

 James advises clients on the investment, structuring, leasing and financing of data centers, and is widely acknowledged as an authority on the global data center industry. He is a regular speaker at data center industry events throughout the UK, Europe and Asia. He has authored a number of industry related publications, relating to the legal challenges facing those involved with data centers.

David Strauss is a Principal and Co-founder of BSP – the leading digital infrastructure M&A technical advisor and due diligence specialist across networks and data centers. The firm has completed over 140 network and data center projects for over 75 clients including Antin, BlackRock, Brookfield, Carlyle, DigitalBridge, Grain, Macquarie, Novacap, OMERS, Palistar, Sixth Street, Stonepeak and T-Mobile. Previously, Mr. Strauss developed the original go-to-market plan for Comcast Business’ enterprise services. He was also VP of Marketing at Cablevision (Altice USA). Earlier, Mr. Strauss launched Sprint’s wireless business. He also worked at AT&T, Juniper Networks and IBM. Mr. Strauss has an MBA from New York University and a BA from Tufts University. 

Steven Sonnenstein is a Senior Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management and is an accomplished telecommunications infrastructure executive with over 25 years of global mergers and acquisitions, asset management and operations experience. Mr. Sonnenstein is responsible for the origination, evaluation, completion, and ongoing asset management of new investments on a global basis.

Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Sonnenstein was a Senior Director at Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments), one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers, where he initiated and led telecommunications infrastructure investing within the broader infrastructure group in addition to his other investment management responsibilities.

Before joining PSP Investments, Mr. Sonnenstein worked for Brookfield Asset Management in its Private Equity and Infrastructure Groups with a particular focus on and experience in South America. Prior to that, Mr. Sonnenstein spent several years working in mergers and acquisitions and distressed advisory.

Mr. Sonnenstein received a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, and a post graduate degree in Chartered Accountancy.

Sean Yajnik is Managing Director and Head of Digital Infrastructure Advisory – Americas at Macquarie Capital. He has over two decades of M&A, strategic advisory, and transaction structuring experience in the global telecommunications space. 

Macquarie Capital’s Digital Infrastructure advisory team, led by Mr. Yajnik, partners with corporate and financial investors as their trusted advisor on M&A, capital raising, and debt advisory initiatives across data centers, consumer broadband, enterprise fiber, and wireless infrastructure verticals.

Prior to joining Macquarie Capital, Mr. Yajnik was at TD Securities where he specialized in U.S. digital infrastructure client coverage and M&A. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is based in the New York area.
